We had an accident because I am taking care of my transportation company and I decided to buy some tires because my father-in-law recommended it to me. I asked them if they had financing and they told me if they have a snap. Well, they approved me at 2050. They didn't have the tires, so they told me to come back the next day. Well, they put some used ones on me and according to me, everything was ready. The owner called and had to call Snap because he hadn't paid them, so Snap has to give me a virtual card but in this case they will be receiving a direct deposit. I told the owner that he could solve it because I had already signed the contract and he It turns out that no, I had to call, okay, I called and I put the call on him and I get that they have to cancel because they didn't receive the payment. Well, I tell him to calm down and he starts talking that he has time for this, they move us to one another person who handles issues for distributors Because the problem was not on my side, but on his side, they tell him that they deposited the money so he can directly account and they explain that he, as administrator, can solve it and he doesn't listen and hangs up, leaving me talking to customer service alone, well, I'll call him later. and I claim that on my part in the system the tires are paid for and that they won't let me cancel them, who is the one who has to do it, he starts yelling at me and telling me that snap is for people who don't have money in their account, which is not That's how I decided to do This is because, as a new businessman, I cannot spend my capital until I reach my goal. He told me that he did not want to speak Spanish because he understood English more. I speak both, but being Hispanic, I prefer to speak Spanish. He threatened to call the police on me because of the used tires that I had. They told me so I let them change my tires and when I went back to face it they had already voted for my old tires and also they had already canceled the snap because they found out that I called the Police, if you are going to buy from me, make sure they charge you the right amount and don't steal from you because that is what the Finseans do. They find out that they give you so much and they want to sell it at a high price. The guy later gave me the reason that I believed him. everything was explained, I was correct but in my life I would buy from a racist camouflaged as a Hispanic after he put me through that's why he wanted me to grab him back but I didn't want to anymore

These guys absolutely rock ?. I didn't know what to do first after getting out of an ambulances way, not much room to maneuver and hit the curb at the perfect angle to pop my tire. Called Express Tire in a panic and spoke with Cristian the owner. In minutes I had a tow truck, a tire and a great sense of relief. Tito at the shop was so nice as was J & J towing.. Everyone was amazing. Great service all the way around! Great prices and it was almost 10pm!! Much Love to Express Tire...your name truly represents your service!!!

I went to get my front tire fix it was a patch. I asked how much it was going to cost. He said 10$ a patch. I had 2 patches 1 on each tire.i go to pay inside I'm told or is 20$ a patch. I said 40$ the guy outside told me it was 10$. They ripped me off. I told her that it is 10$. She just smiled and took my money

Love this place where get a good quality repair on tire or a good decent used tires when I need a replacement. They have provided good quality customer service and I have nothing to complain about and all their employees are superb professionalism.

Can’t thank these guys enough for saving the day. My box truck had a blowout on todt hill during rush hour traffic. Time is money and these guys were changing my tire within 30 minutes of my call. It’s a gamble when you’re in a pinch and need something done right away but I lucked out here. Call them if you are ever stuck and in need of fast, professional assistance

Both the tires on the right side of my car popped at the same time. This was the only place that was open late. They responded right away, gave me a price over the phone, and had me in and out right away. They serviced me as soon as the tow truck dropped the car off. I was done in 15mins. Considering I live in NJ where most places close by 8pm, they saved me. Will definitely be using them in the future. Amazing price too.

The guys just lied to me they fixed my tire, in the 5 min the pressure was going down. Stay away!!!!!!

Just get to Pep Boys, they lifted my car, the nail is still here!!!!!! The “guys” from express tire didn’t do ANYTHING! And charged me!!!!
I lost my money because was late for work because of them.
Don’t trust this place they are scammers! Shame
