ALLISON AND KIM were extremely helpful. They guided me to the right box to purchase, and handled everything for me. And they were courteous. Overall a much better experience than at the UPS Store.

Fast and friendly service, went to drop off my prepaid package and staff was nice and didn't have to wait long. They also ask you if you want a receipt which I did take, overall would come again if I needed to ship or drop off my packages in the future.
