The service is horrible. I needed something shipped from overseas so I used FedEx Express. My package doortag says that they tried to deliver it but no one was home. I was home for two not one but two days waiting for this package which is time sensitive (which is why I didn't use UPS or USPS). I

?? I had terrible experience at this center NOT once... but twice..
First time try to ship a package, was told system shut down after to difference credit cards.. Second time, he said same situation with my credit card( Swiping or chip it).. I told him my cards must be chip NOT Swiped, he was putting the wrong address and all over the place..
My spirit said to me..
Take your business before it's send to wrong person.

I was outside my building watching and waiting for a neighbor then I received a text from FedEx for failed delivery attempt but the was no truck or delivery person anywhere in sight. This has been going on for months now. Last month my medicine was sent back because of this false notification of attempts to deliver a package and every time I call FedEx to complain I get the run around and am told it will be delivered tomorrow!

Beware of this FedEx location. My shipment required a signature upon delivery but was never delivered. It was signed falsely and a notification was issued stating delivery. I put in a claim with FedEx but never received a response. I will address at corporate level.

The drivers lie and say they attempted delivery in Urban neighborhoods (Park Hill) because they think Black People won't call corporate. They say receipiant was not home. Im always home, I have a balcony...? Do better...

Mostly, I have five stars review for FedEx but in my last visit to this location there was a young woman refused to add a reference number that I provided to the shipping label. I explained to her several time that this is our company requirements. She was still saying that she will not add the reference number and at the end she added the number. Unbelievable!!
