Carolyn went above and beyond when I showed up at FedEx right at closing, unprepared with multiple returns. She was kind, patient, and stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of. This new location is smaller but very clean and well-organized. It’s out of my way, but I will definitely come back!

First time there it was busy and only kne person st the counter wasting time. I hate when employees are trying to sell something or have big conversations. Keep it moving when it's busy. So glad they had a do it yourself scanner. The whole box for packages was full though.

Nice new place and friendly helpful service!
Never thought I would write a review on a FedEx location, but after last visit wanted to do so.
I stopped by to laminate a page. The attendant, Savannah, not only quickly and accurately did the job but also offered to cut the extra edges to make it look nicer. She did it precisely on their machine and that little thing really made a difference. Thank you!
The location is new, super clean and I highly recommend it!

Jason and Carolyn assisted me in my visit today! These two were great in customer service and pleasant to talk to. When they couldn’t ship an item for me due to dimensions sizes, they called a local sister store and confirmed if the other store had the appropriate size boxes for me to ship with before I went over there. Very appreciated because today was the only day I could ship my item! Thank you so much!

I cannot be more happier with my experience at this location, I was first greeted by Carol and she was so helpful and made my vision come to light. She was really hands on and made sure my prints all came out exactly how I wanted it, her along Ronnie both deserve not only a raise but more appreciation with how they operate and run this location. I won’t go anywhere else for future projects.

Someone from this store stole the item from a package that I sent over. International box received empty.

Forcing customers to stand in line when not necessary. The previous fedex would let you scan your packages and leave them on the counter. These new employees have a terrible attitude and need to be replaced.

Fedex should be accountable for their lies. They should be sued for doing illegal business meaning they put “attempted delivery” when there was none.
