I am a customer for life now. I misplaced my package receipt and did not get a refund for my return so I called them to see if they could help me see if the package was lost. I found the tracking # and not only did they deliver my package the same day, they spent a long time helping me with a transaction that happened two months ago. The worker is a gem and I trust this location with all my packages.

I was running late for work so i called ahead to make sure i can send out my package. GOKCE answered & told me to come in & he would take care of it. I came in 20 minutes later. He was very sweet & super attentive. Customer service was superb & took about 2 minutes to send out my package. 5 stars!
