I was in the store last week buying sneakers and was helped by Brianna. Honestly, it was the most down-to-earth experience I’ve had in a while. Most people in retail will try to upsell you or talk down to you but, I had the opposite experience. I really think Brianna may be the best asset you have. Thank you again Brianna!

Their reward program is completely fraudulent. Recently ordered an item and used $20 status to pay. They accepted the order, but a day later they canceled it without explanation and, in addition, blocked my account. Then I restored the account and tried to place an order again, but the order does not go through because it says that the $20 status has already been used, although they canceled it themselves and did nothing in return. So don't fall into this trap!

horrible experience. i always buy from this finish line and used to love it after my last experience. Me and my cousin had made a mistake while purchasing and went to switch the sizes and told the worker , she started to roll her eyes at us and gave us attitude than i was having a conversation with my cousin in our language to discuss what had happened and the hispanic worker with small eyes that are separated and cakey makeup told us to go back to wear we came from ?it was during ramadan and we were hungry and tired while buying our shoes then the workers proceeded to curse us out and tell us to leave ?.

I came here today and my experience was absolutely great Brianna was amazing she was so relatable and helping with my shopping experience and choices I made . I also had a mistake and they easily fixed it and I came back and took me right away without waiting the whole experience felt welcoming and Brianna was so sweet .Definitely go here for shoes . Good quality shoes and people who actually care .

First time I've seen this place and I was already interested in the shoes that they have and the clothes too.? Some of them were expensive. Some of them were not. I like what they have but their stuff is like a $100 or $200 worth. so if you want to buy something from this place, be my guest.This place is located in the Mall of Staten island. It's not really a bad store ? it's just meant for people with style.????

Horrible, horrible customer service this evening at reg #2 cashier name Amanda. I wasn’t greeted she didn’t ask me if I wanted a bag or about my finish line points. I had questions for her she just gave me the poker face and said I don’t know what are you talking about.

What a terrible store to shop at. I will never step foot in this store again. The store manager and i guess assistant manager have the worst attitude i ever seen. You ask them a question they give you an attitude like if you don’t want the job don’t work here. What a big turn off this store turned into.

This finish line sadly has implicated a system thats been going on for years. The system is for all “Exclusive shoes” they are raffled through a QR system. The raffle ends in 30min or less especially when it’s dunks. The main issue isn’t even the raffle system of it being a QR or that somehow it closes in seconds. The main issue is that they select all the winners and only call less than 10 people but select 30 winners. I came to pick up my dunk the other day with my wife and I took a glimpse on the list as they love covering it. Her name and number was on the list but they never called her. I asked my associates they said yes that’s been going on for years at the Finish line in Staten Island NY. Jd NJ Menlo had similar issues in the past but when the manager was exposed on social media. JD/FNL implicated strict guidelines and rules. Please FINISH LINE work this out enough is enough.Thank you.

For years Ive been buying everything online and recently decided to buy a new pair of sneakers in person at the Staten Island Mall. Thinking back I probably haven't been to this store since at least high school nearly two decades ago. Not much has changed in this location though besides furniture and faces. Came in browsed for a while before being asked for help by at least two employees. Got what I wanted and checked out. Thats about it. Check em out!
