First time at this location and it was fully stocked, clean the 2 staff working were helpful but the store needs more staff it was alot of customers and nobody could find a worker to help them. I shopped in this store around 4pm. Plenty of parking due to the parking lot. Over all it’s 4 stars.

The staff is rude, on Google map it says that they open at 12:00 am, I arrive at 10:50 pm I ask them if it is already closed and they don't know how to answer politely. Just say yes!

FIVE BELOW in this location (Richmond Ave shopping area) is the best, I go there when I need to buy a fun gift for my nieces (or I look for any excuses to stop by!) I plan to spend $20 for little fun things. I end up spending $40. That’s the only bad thing I can say. They have too much COOL stuff! You gotta buy more!!

The prices are reasonable but I think they need more help on the floor stocking shelves and keeping the place neat. I would still go there to shop. They also need to have more people on the floor to help with others don't know where stuff is.

Clean store...the manager and the staff were so helpful when I was looking for specific things off my tweens list...and even called me when they had an item i was lookingall around for. .they are my favorite store in there chain..which i love

Very clean and well organized. Not alot of staff, but the ones there are friendly and knowledgeable. Not sure how they manage to sell quality accessories at those prices.
