My disabled elderly mother went in to shop February 27th at 8pm, the security guard and the only girl working were extremely rude. Beyond disrespectful & this isn’t the first time.

The male staff member who works here often wears a headscarf on his head. I have already been treated disrespectfully twice! I often come to this store, but the worst experience is always given by this man. Every time he slanders me for opening the things, but I don't. Someone has already opened them. I picked them up and see what is it, but he came over to me and said it was me who opened them. Why did he only tell me? I think this man has discriminatory behavior and he makes me very uncomfortable! of course! I will never come to this store again!The worst five below ever, If you don't want to be treated unreasonably

The security guard racial profile me followed me the whole time I was in there made me uncomfortable so I post the proof of the video on Facebook and then when I started to record he called me crazy and finally went in the back my birthday was June 2nd I went there june 1st to buy my birthday sashes and I was the only black person he didn’t do this to the white people that came in the store it’s not right he didn’t know that I was a community activist and reporter when people get false allegations against something they didn’t do

The store is very clean and organized. The assistants were friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was the limited tech and accessories for Android phones and tablets.

Went there last night and it was just a big mess. Boxes all over the place where you can't move the cart around. The Five Below next to the mall is better.

Employees aren’t very pleasant. Was here today, accidentally knocked something off a shelf had an employee come over look at me shake her head a roll her eyes.
