This review is for Alessa who was helping me at the register today. She was great and friendly and helpful. I felt the need to leave this review as I accidently pressed an option that reviewed her on the card pad which I believe is not fair when many people either may not see (I didn't have my glasses on) or not paying mind to what is being pressed. I accidentally pressed the option saying she was not friendly and I want on record she is VERY friendly and most helpful. Thank you again Alessa for your help today 😊

As a repeating customer, I feel obligated to write a review on my experience today. There is a manager in particular who is very rude to customers, and makes it seem as if every customer may be stealing. I have my own things from other stores as I normally shop in bulk on Sundays, Gianna made it seem as if I was putting items from the store into my bag. It was very uncomfortable to be around this type of energy as a person in customer service myself. It was unfortunate and unprofessional. I understand there is a need to keep track of store sales and prevent shoplifting, however so it is blatantly unacceptable the way in which this manager has. By other reviews, it doesn’t seem like this has been a first time occurrence for this worker. This establishment should take a look into who they are hiring as a higher up employee. Doesn’t look good at all

I usually have a decent experience when shopping at this store, however today I witnessed one of the managers named Gianna following a customer around the store simply because she had a bag in her hand, and then proceeded to publicly accuse her of stealing in front of her child and other paying customers. This really set me off, and this woman is solely the reason I will not be returning to this establishment - she should not be working in customer service.

One of the managers Gianna will follow you around the store if you have a bag and then accuse you of stealing when you’re with your child, meanwhile you have nothing in the bag and will embarrass you in front of other paying customers. Do not go here this girl needs to get a different job and shouldn’t be working in customer service

very slow staff and I was just in the store and they ask you to rate your experience at check out, the girl who rang me up didn't let me rate it. she turned the reader around and rated it for me so I'll do it here. the store sucks.

I been to this store 5 times. And the staff is nice and professional. The store had all the items I needed. It wasn't empty at all.

From the manager to the employees, they are poorly educated, they make the customer feel very bad, if these employees don't like to organize things that clients need up so they shouldn't work there as that is a part of their responsibilities so if they hate it as a latin lady makes us notice tonight she should go and work in a different job,q que no they do not work in customer service, the environment is detestable, if it goes for this store, don't ask, don't move anything, you will feel persecuted by the employee, I don't understand why they hire poorly educated people without love for their work and customer service! If nothing else to say
