Patty R is my go to person for my haircut and treatment. She listens and do not rush when she is doing my hair. Love her and the staff are all friend and accommodating. Very clean salon too! :)

This salon is very welcoming and warm and friendly. The prices are average and the work is amazing. I have short hair and I use Pat. She pays close attention to the details of the cut and listens toyou and pays attention to your needs. I would strongly recommend the salon to anyone who is interested in fabulous service, and one friendly people.

I went in with blonde hair and wanted to do an ashy light brown grey color. The stylist asked to see the photo again and i don't even think she looked at it when i showed her. I got my hair washed (shout out to the girl with the dark hair who washes, she was so sweet and amazing at scrubbing!) After i washed, the stylist just started putting something in my hair and didn't even explain what it was until after it was all in and the cap was on. It was a "filler" to "get rid of some of the blonde" she says. I'm not a hair stylist so i didn't know what this meant but i do know that if you go ash you would have to be lighter not darker so i was confused why we were getting rid of the blonde. Nevertheless i trusted my hair stylist who does this for a living. I mean after all i did show her the photos for inspo again right? So she knows what color we are going for right? I was my hair again and it's just brown. A flat brown color similar to my natural hair color. I'm confused again but then she mixes some bowls that look a bit lighter and starts putting it in so i'm like ok cool that must be the lighter ashy color. She puts it in and foils it so i have no idea what it looks like. She doesn't talk or explain anything she's doing or try showing me anything while doing it, she's helping 2 other customers with a hair cut and hair color at the same time as me so i don't even have a chance to ask what it looks like. End of story, i paid $400 for dark brown hair when i showed a photo of ash colored hair. Update: i went back and explained i was unhappy with the outcome. The stylist tried to fix my hair but with it being so dark by that point there was no way she was going to manage to get it the color i wanted. I would've settled for a more ashy tone but again the outcome was terrible. It was a reddish brown color because she used a "clarifying" shampoo to strip my hair. I walked out still unhappy but i didn't want that woman to touch my hair any further. My hair is now extremely dry and still not the color i wanted but i can't do much to it since she did so many different things to it in such a short period of time.

I got my haircut from Patrice, she was excellent! She listened to everything I wanted and she took her time with me. Very personable. I have tried so many salons and this is by far a 5 star salon. They made me feel very comfortable there. Highly recommend.
