Where should I start? We came here looking for a beautiful bed bunk, first off they gave me a 7 day delivery due date ( I knew this was too soon but they insisted it was when it would arrive) secondly I paid for the installment I never received . Again I would have not been upset if they would have just told me from the start that it would have taken 3 Weeks to arrive. They arrived and never installed it, they arrived during late night hours and when I called to get it installed they gave me a very nasty attitude. I’m very upset with the type of service I received. If I could I would give 0 stars to this business

I don't normally write reviews since I'm lazy, but I had such a positive experience with this establishment that I felt compelled to do so. The pricing are reasonable, the proprietor was pleasant, and free door-to-door delivery in New York is hard to match! If I need additional furniture in the future, this will be my first visit.

A headboard and box spring were purchased. The service was excellent, and the shipping was free. Michael was a consummate professional. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with reasonable costs. I'd go back to this store. Thank you so much, Michael.

It comes highly recommended! My treasure quest was fun, and I ultimately discovered two excellent items! Furniture Zone should definitely be on your list of places to visit if you're seeking for a location with character! It has a wide selection of furniture with good quality at a reasonable price.

2 years ago, I bought a wonderful down sofa here. I had a fantastic time. The proprietors advised that I take a pillow from the sofa home to ensure that the color was correct. The sofa is of excellent quality. The delivery was simple and reasonable in terms of quality. The proprietors are design and furnishings professionals

Michael provides excellent design and customer service. He assisted me in finding a dining set and children's beds that were a wonderful complement for the rest of my furnishings. For the high-quality furniture I chose, the prices are really reasonable. The delivery staff was easy to speak with, efficient, and attentive. This store comes highly recommended from me.

Furniture Zone is the ideal place to go if you want to acquire beautiful, high-quality furniture that will last a lifetime. We came here initially after relocating to a property with an outside space and had the nicest shopping experience. They offered excellent customer service to us. They spent a lot of time assisting us in selecting pieces that optimize our outside living area while still looking great. Furthermore, delivery was prompt and efficient. I'm past the point of putting together furniture yourself, and finding completed furniture has been difficult. We decided to give this business a try after seeing it online. We went on a Saturday but couldn't find a parking spot. So, on a Friday last week, we went to check out the business. We discovered a lovely cabinet that was ideal for our requirements. We purchased two cabinets and were promised that they would build the furniture and bring it to us free of charge. The cabinets were completely wrapped and delivered ahead of schedule. We are quite delighted, and we will return if we want other services.

We walked in the day after moving into our new apartment and selected a really comfortable couch from the showroom and bar stools from a catalog. Later, we added a coffee table and a television stand. Michael was fantastic to deal with, the delivery was speedy and painless (and included assembly! ), and we are now enjoying our newly equipped house! I've already told all of my friends about them, and I figured I'd do the same here!

Outstanding experience with beautiful furniture at a fraction of the cost of other furniture places. We recently bought a new dining room set last week, which was delivered, set up, and we are currently enjoying it. This was a fantastic experience for me! I'm a student, and I needed to furnish my flat on a budget. I came here and discovered some incredible pieces, and for around $800, I was able to complete my entire bedroom (bed, box spring, mattress, nightstand, dresser, desk, and chair), which included same-day delivery and installation! Excellent location鈥攈ighly recommended! And the proprietor is quite pleasant and helpful!

This place is horrible !! I ordered a twin bed and head board for my daughter back in February 2022 I just received the order in may 2022 and then the delivery men put full size brackets on a twin bed the bed isn’t stable at all !! I’m highly upset I will never spend my money with this company again poor customer service
