I renew my gameinformer subscription in the store while purchasing a game. I told them that I wanted the phyisical copy of the magazine only. He lied to me and charge me for the digital copy only and charge for a disc protection insurance for my game. I been buying games for years and I never get that disc protection insurance. If you decide to shop in this store make sure you check your receipt! I just filed a complain with BBB to get a refund, because there customer service hotline is no help. all they tell you is go back to the store.

This GameStop is great it's in the Staten Island Mall so the only downside is that they don't open until 11 a.m. but the staff is very polite

Place is in a desperate need for a refurbishment. It smells terrible and the staff aren't always the best. Much better than the forest ave gamestop.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The games stop in the mall need to be updated. There is a need for more of a selection games. They can order anything for you but I can't see it in hand and walk out with it.

This GameStop sold me a broken ps5!!!!Purchased a brand new ps5 this afternoon brought it to my house went to turn it on would not work. Went back to the store 2 hours later. The store manager told me the ps5 serial number and the serial number on the box do not match. I was so furious because that is gamestops mistake not mine why should I lose $700. They did not even give a effort to see where there mistake was. Just told me there is nothing I can do. What animals place is a disgrace !

I love GameStop! Their clothing options could be a little better, but GameStop always got the best little toys and games to choose from!
