Showed up at 2pm to pick up my online purchase and they refused to let me and my disabled mother in until 3:30pm after their “break”. Never have i ever heard of a store closing for lunch break. Froze outside with my mother that was in a mobility chair and me currently in a boot for my ankle. Also took two bus to get here and was denied entry.

They NEVER answer the phone. I’ve called approximately 300x over the course of 3.5 days and no response. Impossible that they’re so busy …just lazy.

Whoever David is whether he’s a supervisor manager or sales associate customer service isn’t for him we all have bad days but don’t take it out on the customers with a nasty attitude.. I never had an associate act as if he didn’t wanna be bothered if I could I would give it 0 stars for this review

Love the store, staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I love just browsing there.They have lots of great collectibles and tons of video games.Even their apparel is awesome

They don't answer their phones no matter how much u call inhad just purchased a used ps5 for 500 and I asked the guy is everything in the box he said yes I opened the box when I got home and it doesn't have the stand in their for the price I'd pay for a stand I might as well have just bought the new ps5

I had a terrible experience at this location two times now. The customer service was poor and the cashier was incredibly rude both times I have gone. It is disappointing that I have struggled twice now with the same issues in regards to simple questions like controller warranty and video game availability. The guy with the ponytail needs to do his job and be more polite to us customers.I won’t go back to this location why spend my money with rude people. maybe the lady manager can find better employees to this store, she is very nice as well as the other girl that used to be there before these 2 fat dudes

Sold me a broken controller that I had warranty on.The funny thing is that I gave him my email and number the day I bought the controller but he still didn’t take back the broken controller.They obviously don’t know how to do they jobs….

I'm tired of this GameStop just like every GameStop they want you to sign or re-new your membership but don't answer the phone. Lazy don't greet you unless the higher ups are there. best believe I'm documenting everything all the calls I made today within the hour before closing. Watching the number pop up and ignore it. 9/10 they know you and your number if you call enough and then they pull the we was busy, but nobody be in the store. They click the ringer off and be in their phones all day! And I've witnessed them do it as well. The only person at this location who does thier work is the manager lady. Me and my boyfriend love her literally one of the best and she came from bk. I use to go to the game store on bay ridge until they closed down. Everyone else sucks and I don't like them why am I calling 45xs and not one person can answer the phone? Do you think I like wasting gas and going out of my way to see if they do or don't have a item that I want in store? Then wonder why GameStop in general is going out of businessPs don't get me started on the one employee with the ponytail OMG! He use to work at the GameStop on Hyland the one I use to go to until they started remodeling. Anyways now he's on forest. I'm tired of him, his face, and his fake friendless. I don't want to have a Convo I don't want to be your friend just answer my questions give me my product and that's it but when me and the manager are haha hehe he wants to but in like no I can go on for hours but won't long story short I'm tired of spending my hard earned money and not being treated as a customerMy name is Misha and I mean everything I say.

David was a great help today. He was kind and courteous. I came in to purchase Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. He answered all my questions and processed the transaction smoothly. He’s friendly, cool and knowledgeable. This is definitely a great GameStop location to shop from!
