I went here to have my tennis bracelet appraised. With only glasses on she was telling me how so many diamonds were cracked, chipped and poor quality. For a photo appraisal, she would have to send it out. No...Then she used the eye piece. Showed me, looked fine to me. Compared mine to others bracelets they had. She told me to go back to macys and demand a better quality bracelet. I went to Goff jewelers instead. Treated excellently. Appraised my bracelet with photos, without comparing it to other items. Told me it was a very good quality. Not the best buy very good. Treated us with respect

I absolutely love this jewelry store and each person I’ve encountered since first going there. It’s difficult to find a jewelry store that you can trust nowadays but I’m happy I found this place. They were attentive to my needs and I didn’t feel like I was being “sold” something; I felt like I was having a true conversation with a friend about what I was looking for. They said they’ve been around for over 20+ years, and you can see why.
