I went today for the first time and got a facial with Gina. She was great! Wonderful facial massage and would definitely go back!I just wish she explained to me what she was applying to my face while she was applying it. Place is very clean and front desk ladies are sweet! I also appreciated the aesthetician not chewing my ear off while giving me the facial. I was able to unwind and leave with a wonderful facial! Thank you ?

Had a facial from Anna and it was absolutely amazing! She explained what would be good for my skin care and took the time to explain every products purpose. I can’t wait to come back for another!

Had a mom and daughter spa day, both had an hour aroma therapy full body massages! First time for both of us with different massage therapists both Diana and Martina did an excellent job 10/10 and last but not least Eda, excellent customer service/ bedside manner.. both mom and I are super pleased and will be back!

If I could give this place a -10, I probably would. I had to cancel my appointment less than 24 hours on the phone with the general manager who was extremely rude, racist and very disrespectful. I would highly go somewhere else for your service. Their customer service has dropped tremendously in the last year. The general manager told me that she changed one card on file to find out later that she charged another card on file. They like to play with your money . Never leave your card with them if you can. They have cause me emotional distress while I was going through an emergency myself.PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MISTREATED by the general manager who unfortunately doesn't have the skills and talents to be in the position where she is at. The person before me had a bad review and they deleted their review. Rest assure if this review gets deleted, I will be rewriting over and over again . No worries

I had booked the Cyroslimming and toning 75 minutes but only received 40 minutes and think they forget to do the toning. I sent and email and called no response. Staff was very nice when I was there.

Don't use there service. They are liars and will over charge you. Below explains what happened to me:I went for a LED skin photofacial and was told by aesthetician to do a Hydraglow facial. After doing the hydraglow, I decided to join the membership to get facials for 79.95. Sadly, I was charged 188.00 cause the hydraglow was $100.00 extra. I had to pay even though no one told me it would be an extra price nor was prices listed in store or online. My second visit I scheduled the LED photofacial again and was told I can do an half hour session for 85.52. Again my aesthetician recommended another facial, NuFace. While applying the NuFace, the aesthetician began looking threw a book and stopped when I spoke up. Then she decided to get her cell phone and take a picture of me, without my permission, for before/after photos. ????? Since I did a half hour session, they kept my 79.95 to rollover and charged me an extra 52.25. So I tried to use my 79.95 charge that already hit, but was told, by management, I could but would loose the remaining 30.00. I paid the 52.25. So I had an extra 79.95 rollover to use. I tried to apply it to the LED phototherapy facial for the following week but management said that their spa doesn't carry the LED phototherapy facial, that I have been scheduling, even though its advertised on their web page. I initially went there and joined for that service. No wonder the aesthetician kept changing my facial, it wasn't to recommend a better facial but to cover up that they didnt have LED photofacial that they advertised. Finally, I Cancelled my membership to find out I will be charged for one more month of 79.95. Also, never mentioned in original aggrement that I had to pay 79.95 to cancel. I don't want to go back there, but i signed cancellation agreement that they can charge me 79.95 when I don't want there service? I don't want to be charged another 79.95 which will occur on 5/22/24

There business practices are horrible. They make you provide a credit card number even though you are using a gift card and provided the gift card number. I refused to provide the number. I have been the victim of credit card fraud and identify theft in the past and there is no reason that they need that number. If I cancel at the last minute they can use the gift card to pay the massage therapists all of whom work on consignment (i.e. not employees). If you do a walk-in for the massage, then it is the same deal, must provide a credit card number. Why? You are right there with the gift card and they can check the balance. Read other reviews and there is a woman whose credit card got charged when she was ordered to be on bedrest for a problem in her pregnancy. They charged her credit card. Thieves!

I’ve been to Hand and Stone twice so far this year after never receiving a massage before. I was a little nervous as I didn’t know what to expect , but I knew I needed one due to my constant muscle pain. Giovanna and Shakira made me feel very comfortable and were great at explaining the details of the full body massage as well as any add ons to the massage I’d like to add upon request. (The aromatherapy and hot stones are a great addition to the experience.) They were also very attentive and always checked up on me to make sure I was okay with the pressure, temperature of the stones etc.. The front desk and management staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

I'm one who wasn't sold on a facial for men, but I did it anyway. Jessica was the aesthetician and she should get her hands insured. She is absolutely a pro at this service. Thanks again!

I come here with my fiancé when we're in town visiting my alma mater. Being a former D1 athlete, I need frequent massages. This place did not disappoint.
