One of the worst Home depots I've ever been in. Unfortunately it is closest one. There's a good chance they don't have what you want. And chances are no employee is around to help you find what you need if they have it. The only way I could tell some of the employees walking around was if they had an orange barcode reader in their hand. Nobody had anything identifying them as employees. Maybe they just didn't want to be bothered. Because when I did find somebody to ask for assistance I got that annoyed look like I interrupted his day. If there was another alternative in this neighborhood I'd use it.

Customer Service Nightmare. Had Storm Door installation done via Millwork virtual Apron,
1 install was done but the installer told me the door will be "tight" can open and close with a little nudge. Which I don't understand because They had came to do measurements prior and requested additional material for the Install so why should It have to only work under circumstances?
2 The Door became faulty the next day, called customer service and waited for them to sent someone back to inspect. never received a call back, had to call to find out that they claimed the Storm door was "wind damaged and warped" and was told by Customer Service Specialist " You have to pay for something" either the door or the repair.
3. Installation/repair request was in early Jan, its now late march, I was successfully able to contact "customer order specialist only 3 times during this time to be told its still in "warranty claim" all the other times I tried calling, they will send you to someone who seems to be absent and have you leave a voicemail then never call back.
if you have time to read over this review maybe this can make you reconsider prior to using Home Depot for installation/redecoration

Bought an in stock security door, while loading the door into my car the home depot guys broke my sun visor then when installer came and opened the box, we discovered dents and paint chips on the door. I went to the store to complain and was given the brush off and rudeness by a manager saying there's no proof that they're the ones who caused the damage! Very negative experience, will file a complaint through customer service and won't be buying anything major from them again.

We rented a machine we called the store when we got home with the machine because we could not get the water hot as it was a steam cleaner while trying to be connected we were disconnected from them three times then when we finally got in-touch with someone from the rental department they didn’t know how to use the machine and could not instruct us on how to use it he suggested to let the machine warm up for 30 mins and try it again we did that the machine still did not work and we drove back to the store we were 20 minutes from which made us a little over four hours into the rental when bringing the machine back they stated they still had to charge us 45 dollars because we had the machine for five hours even though the machine did not work overall I am not satisfied with the service we received at Home Depot I would give no stars if I could I am very shocked as I have always had positive experiences with this company

The worst home depot that has ever been, the staff does not attend as they should, apart from that they do not help you when you ask them for the painting area, it is the worst, there are no people in that area and you have to wait a long time to be attended to

This store has a lot of useful stuff but the men who serve are really very annoying, not all of them are like that but the very male staff have no sense of service and seem impatient with the questions asked, especially when their customers are women. That's how I felt, very unpleasant and won't be coming back, after all, you're not the only one who can sell HOME IMPROVEMENT stuff.

Paint guy is horrible. try to ask him him a question he says I'm not reading for you maybe management should put him in a non related customer service area.
Edit* after reading a few of the bad reviews about the paint worker, seems this is NOT his first bad review. he probably is the guy who responds to the complaints, that's why he acts the way he does.

Personnel focused on the client's needs, although not all of them are knowledgeable about the different areas of the company.

The first time I went to that home depot I got some keys duplicated in their machine. It was cheap and efficient pretty cool.

Home Depot at targee st at 3:30 today on Aug 5 cashier #7 doesn't do a good job and she's telling your customers to go somewhere else just letting you know that's the type of worker that is pushing away home Depot customers
November 9 th I was going to order and have it delivered but Suzanne working the desk made your customer leave so you lost 800 dollars worth

Very difficult to obtain help. It all depends upon the day, the time, and who is working. I've had wonderful experiences and horrible experiences based upon the above listed.
