Horrible disrespectful and rude Costomer service. Every single time I’ve been here it feels as if the employees hate their job and take it out on you if you ask for something. One time I called to check if they have an item in stock and they hung up on my face with a laugh after I waited 30 minutes on hold. (Cole in electrical)

An employee incorrectly processed a return and I am short of $30. Opened a case with Leticia the store manager on Jan 6 2025 and it is Jan 16 2025 and I haven't received a full refund for the return. Need further assistance from someone higher.

Home Depot is the same everywhere tbh. A bunch of stuff for your house and a bunch of workers who could care less about your inquiries or problems. I just do reviews cuz I got nothing better to be doing. Hope Google can give me a job with them. Cuz this life out here is horrible.

This is an excellent Home Depot. The store is very well managed and the staff are helpful and friendly. It can pay dividends if a frequent shopper here to keep aware of items being marked down. Every few weeks items that are being discounted for clearance purposes eventually will be brought down to 1 penney if they hang around long enough. Once a cashier sees something ring up for a penney they are instructed to inform their supervisor so the remaining stock can be pulled and destroyed. However, if you get it at self checkout you may be able to ring up without the sale being noticed, allowing time for another to enjoy the discount. Great store, wonderful staff.

I'm sure most people at one time or another have been in Home Depot. They have so many products that if you can't find what you're looking for, maybe it doesn't exist. Of course, in today's market, some of the products are a little pricey. It seems like ever since the Covid lock downs, most products have gone up in price, not just in Home Depot but all over.
