A New Key Food opened a few weeks ago replacing a smaller Co. First I was kind of happy for the opening, then the prices hit me. $7-8 eggs, before we paid $2.99 -$4.99sm-exlarge .50 cent plus tax for a useable bag before we were paying 15&25 cents per bag. Everything up by 15-30% the sales isn’t real sale. They conning people in Bed Stuy even the cashiers know by stating everyone is speaking about the prices.

I thought I would share with this site, what happened to me yesterday at your Forest Avenue store on Staten Island:I just left this establishment. There was a sign on the back wall of the sour cream displays that read 14 to 16 oz two for $5. When I got to the register the lady was very nice and helpful and went back to double-check me then she brought back to the register 2 14 oz squeeze sour cream bottles which I do not prefer and they were lower than 16. She said these are the ones that are two for $5 again she was very nice. A man behind the help courtesy area opened his door and told me it was only the squeezable bottles he proceeded to keep telling me this over and over again when my question was not that to him, but why does the sign say 16 oz included. I guess he got fed up with me or he wasn't paying attention to my 16 oz question because then he slammed the door in my face. He said I told you five times and I said yes but that wasn't my question so he slammed the door again. I don't think this was a very professional way of talking to a customer especially in a managerial position. I'm going to tell my family and friends who are just like me and completely supportive of me I am not going back to that store and I'm pretty sure they won't either.

No clear explanations how the installation of malware designed to access customer's payment card data from cards used on point-of-sale (“POS”) devices in many stores could ever happen. Not a trustworthy company. Its huge budget for PR TV commercials cannot restore people's faith in this company.

Bonavita Key Food Westchester Ave in the Bronx. I was very disappointed yesterday when checking out ...before using the credit card processor I asked if they make wipes available for customers before and after touching the credit card processor or if they had hand sanitizer for their customers, the cashier replied no. I directed my question to the Mgr and she said they sanitize every night. I said they needed to wipe the area after every customer, not apologetic or mention of bringing it up to her superiors, she just stared at me with no words. When entering the store there were no wipes to wipe down the cart handle. This poses a high risk for spread of the virus. I choose not to buy at this store again. Bonavita on Westchester Ave in the Bronx, Arrivederci, Adios, Goodbye!

Basic white people groceries with some Italian specially, deli, etc. A little expensive. Don't expect great organics, dairy alternatives, fermented miso etc.
