My 95 yr old Mother went to the Sand Ln location for Arm & Hammer detergent that needed a digital coupon. At the Service desk they made her wait an excessive amount of time to complete a form for a rewards card. They had no forms so the clerk took my Mom's information and gave her a rewards card to use. When she got to the register the cashier told her she couldn't use the card because it she needed to complete a form online to activate the card. You tell me NOT ONE clerk in that store couldn't better assist a 95 yr old woman!!! Never will we shop nor refer someone to use that Key Food!

Had a disappointing experience with a manager named Mike at this Key Food. His tone was rude and condescending when I asked a simple question, like I was bothering him just for needing help. It made me feel embarrassed in front of other customers. I’m not very happy with how I was treated—definitely not what I expect from someone in a management role.

Frustrated! I filled out the online form for home delivery. I called to find out if they got my info and grocery list. Why was i put on hold repeatedly. Spoke to 2 people, put on hold 3 times for 17 minutes. What a joke.
While I was on the phone I completed home delivery order with Aldi. Fresher, nice and quick.

Probably they have what you need, but expect to pay double, sometimes even more. Very expensive store, they are very greedy, even the Whole Food is cheaper, than this Key Food.
Also note the awful smell when you step in. Not to mention the meat/fish section.
Something stinks!
Clean up guys. Please.

Long sti one day I was shopping for my mom and I purchased two livers. The girl cashier and the boy bagger were talking while bagging my food and again I bought two livers. so the way it was placed was on the side next to some juice. I misseen it I was out all day but I called and asked if I left it or whatever they checked the cameras and said I had it and I did and I apologize I wasn't trying to steal i missen it and again the way it was packed. Now I still go there because I need to shop manger outside sees me and is in the store wait for me to purchase my stuff then leaves. Ok whatever think nothing of it but this is now the third time because I just left the store I don't even ask for bags anymore I just walk out with my products. It was one mistake but the way I feel I don't even want to shop there employees depending on who it is are cool others on their phone doing whatever and we have to wait for them to finish to be registered. Sad how you can make a mistake apologize and still get treated like you tried to steal when people make mistakes all the time

I usually don't leave rewiews but Earlier Around 4ish I was so busy running around like a chicken without a head Then I had an Extremely Elegant & comfortable Experience in Key food I was greeted by a top noch professional Employee I believe her name was "Nadia".. She went out of her way found me the right coffee which was cost effective during Bidenomics..Found me the cookies n cream ice cream my daughter loves (only 1 left she went through 50 or 60 for me!!.she really went the extra mile because she had also had a shopping cart full of groceries as well so she was multitasking in ways no other employee had ever before. She was better then all of the high level staff IMO she was really helping numerous customers simultaneously & even rung me up at a moderate speed while doing so!. Amazing!!!!!!!! ??She really makes me smile every single time I enter the Establishment.... Helping me making me feel special
despite the madness of the friday rush Earlier. Please Management Give Her a Raise.. No matter how much you are paying her I assure you it is not enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Respectfully. Overpriced and badly-run. You can get better items at Costco for less. The long-haired cashier who rang up my order on 6/1/24 around 5pm treated it as a distraction from the soccer game he was watching with his bros.
