It was great check in process with the machine, but the front desk clerks attitude need to improve. The draw blood technician seemed like having a fight with her husband that morning. Very bad attitude, and I was worry my blood sample tube was broken when she threw the tube to the contained and I heard the "PLAG" sound. What is wrong with the staffs and the technician in this location.

The place appears very dirty from the minute you walk in. The two woman at the desk were honestly unprofessional.
The tech who drew my blood was all over the place, not friendly and expected me to know what she wanted me to do without explaining (I had to give urine, she handed me the cup, didn't tell me where the bathroom is and told me to put the cup in the room across the hall as if I knew what she meant? Where to put it exactly? it was uncomfortable).

They are very slow and very disrespectful. It’s always crowded and they don’t care. Some action from the higher people needs to be taken because we are frustrated and fed up with them and their attitude. How many complains does it take to get someone’s attention??

Have been going here for years but my recent appointment had a phillipino woman with maroon hair draw my blood and she clearly did not know what she was doing as this was the first time in my life I felt sharp pain when she inserted the needle and told her I was in pain, she proceeded to draw the blood and I found out later that she hit a ligament which continued to bother me for over a week. I will never allow her to work on me again.

Never again will come to this location!!! Staff very rude and unprofessional!!! Came at 10:00am at this lab and there was no body. Was waiting patiently for 40 minutes. 4 people came in front of me with out appointments and they went in front of me. When I asked why is that I’m still waiting, front desk tells me if I don’t like it find another place. This is unprofessional. I hope they will get fired ASAP. 9/24/2024. 11:15am

I am 16 years old and I will never come back! I and deathly afraid of needles so even going for blood work is a chore. Both of the staff members continued to talk and have conversations while I was the only person in the waiting room! When I finally got into the room the lady used butterfly needle to poke my left arm and she was moving it around while it was in my arm!! I never get the butterfly needles because it is because they are bigger and hurt worse. I also have veins that you can’t see. She then got the right needle and poked my right arm and continued to move it around while in my arm again! After me and my mom were telling her to take it out she kept moving it around and she wasn’t taking it out. At this point I was crying and yelled at her to take it out and she finally took it out after me and my mom were basically yelling for her to! She then got the other lady to poke me again and they finally got the blood. If u have veins that are hard to find or afraid of needles do not come here! I will officially be traumatized after this experience! Especially because a similar thing happened when I was little!

I had a 145 appointment at the new door location on Staten Island today… And I got refused by Cora due to me eating a one hour DM test for pregnancy. Not only did she call me up to the desk at 2:2o ( Which was me waiting for 30 minutes) She refused to take me because she was closing at three… Which I had plenty of time if they took me on time… There’s no “rule” When to make these appointments…
It was slow and nobody was there when I checked in They took another person ahead of me Who came in afterwards…..
So basically refused a pregnant person who has been fasting for over 14 hours.
I am very disgusted with with this location and will not be coming back again

Horrible staff. Rude, embarrassed me in front of other patients. Extremely unprofessional. Waited 45 mins only to be turned away. Would have liked to know as soon as a I asked instead of wasting so much of my time. If you value your time and your sanity do not visit this location. Will never step foot here again.

Staff are very nice & patient with me so far I visit twice & the wait wasn’t long at all. Oh yeah nurses always have a hard time finding my veins but here they were on point no trouble whatsoever. Amazing staff all of them

I made an appointment at 9:15am. Came in , checked in very quick, they called me right away. The nurse that took my blood was so nice. Everything was quick and painless. She even worried for me because i became all white and my lips got blue. She advised me to sit for a while and wait until my dizziness disappeared. I was out the door at 9:40am. I will definitely come again.

This "lab" completely sucks. The people that work here are incompetent. Made an appointment fir NO reason. They make you wait anyway. They suck.
