Simply the best. Location has convenient hours. The location is clean. The wait is never long. Very large parking lot. Friendly staff and they have a portal so I can see the results and not have to wait for my doctor to call.

The scheduled appointment was for my sister at 9:30am on Friday 3/14/25. We were there at 9:25 am and waited for an hour and half until 11am until we were called. The office was fully occupied by people and no chairs available at that morning. If you don’t want to be sick, think about it before you schedule your next appointment. I don’t understand why they accept new appointments if they don’t have sufficient staff to cover their schedule. There was only one staff who served tens of customers who waited at the office more than 90 minutes until they heard their name called. It was my worst experience over 40 yrs.

Labcorp needs to fix the way they operate. Had a 9:15 appointment for my son, checked in at the kiosk, handed our paperwork to the person at the desk. Arrived 5 minutes early, still didn't get seen until 9:45. Somehow they never called our name. A woman who had an appointment for 9:30 went to complain at 9:40 that they never called her, they took her first. Finally when I went to complain they took us about 5 minutes later. There were a lot of disgruntled patients in the waiting room. When you go to any Quest Diagnostics laboratory, the time you book the appointment for is the time they see you. If you arrive early, they usually take you early if they can. The only reason I have this location two stars is the fact that the woman who first tried to draw his blood was very friendly with him, and the second who came in was able to quickly perform the draw. This isn't a personnel issue. It's a systems issue and a scheduling issue. I've seen LabCorp post numerous apologies on here to other customers who had a bad experience. Stop doing that. I don't want that. Just fix the problems that you have.

Very unprofessional! She tried 3 times to take my bloid THEN called over supervisor & she had trouble then got it LEFT WITH 4 BANDAIDS! BEWARE!

I’m not sure why there is an abundance of bad reviews. I get blood tests quite often and I purposely travel across the Island to this Labcorp location. The staff is always very kind and there is a very short waiting time. The phlebotomists are all experienced as well. This is the only place where it doesn’t take multiple tries to hit my vein.

Usually go here for bloodwork because its close by but the place is insanely mismanaged. Employees are rude and throw attitude for no reason. Not shocked by the low rating rofl

My husband went for a blood test and the nurse destroyed his arm he now has a huge bruise that is growing. We got a call and they told us to put ice on it…lesson here is to not place yourself in their care.

had the best experience here today!! don’t go by the reviews because it may depend on the phlebotomists at the time. Dominique and her coworker were patient kind and caring. the computers were down on and off, the office was full of patients waiting, and both were so patient and positive. I would recommend without any hesitation.

Because I live nearby, I have been tested here several times. Today was the worst. The fat woman who tested me was very unfriendly and very racist. She rolled her eyes at me and threw my ID around. Just because I can't hear a word she said... her attitude is very bad... I hate her.

What can I say? The staff are not only professional and sweet but the nurse found my hard to find vein in seconds! It's a miracle! Love them!
