Only giving 3 stars for Merlinda, the angel who works there and actually listens to patients. Otherwise I would've given 0 stars if I could. I visited on Saturday 3/15 and after an hour and a half wait (with an appt), I told the phlebotomist that my hands had the best veins. No one ever gets me in my arms. She responded "don't ever tell a health professional to stick you in your hands. The blood is compromised." And tried to stick me in my ELBOW?! (because she couldn't find veins in my arm, like I told her). Once she couldn't find a vein, she sent in another woman who still wouldn't listen about my hands. She tried to stick me in my hand ultimately (I use the word "tried" very loosely) and still didn't get it. They sent me home.
I came back on 3/17, saw Merlinda, who stuck me in my hand as requested and got the blood in one stick.
Train your staff. Give Merlinda a raise. End of story.

Very very disrespectful. Today the second time . I was here by 8:39am checked in. 9.17am received a text your technician is ready and now 10:08. Still they did not ask me to come in.. there trying to give me a hard time . As if there gaining anything out of it . Very very unprofessional….they took most of them who came after me to show that there giving me a hard time … how embarrassing and cheap you could be …

Showed up 30 mins early on Saturday morning. The scanner was not working. Still waiting an hour past my appointment (yes I’ve been here for over an hour and a half). I’ll keep you updated as to how long this actually takes.

bad service im arrived 10 minutes early, but waited more than 30 minutes even though I checked in on time, The staff responded very rudely to my questions, saying that it didn't matter what time I made the appointment for.

First of all, I rarely ever post to put a business on blast if you look at my other reviews. This morning was very different, I felt discriminated against while being serviced.
The phlebotomist who took my blood was an older Caucasian woman in her 50s I’m guessing. I’m an Indian male in my 30s and a Registered Nurse.
1. I sat in the wrong chair (my apologies), she came in, in a rude raised voice “you need to move from that chair, that’s not where you sit” I got up and went to the correct chair.
2. She had allergies (best case scenario) and was wiping her nose constantly. No mask in sight, and the beauty of it all… no hand hygiene before, during or after my blood draw. I honestly don’t care what she does after… but before and during is my concern.
3. To the actual service- my hands were down, she grabs my hands puts it on the arm rest very rudely, then does the regular routine. The routine itself, like a I said, RN in the building here… sticks the needle I guessing 2 inches into my AC region searching for the vein wiggling around the needle. Mind you, after all of this, not a single word from her. She finally managed to get the 4 vials of blood from me. All of the vials were placed in her pocket where… drum roll… had her napkins she was wiping her nose with. After the blood was collected, she left me, went over to the table did her labeling and mind you not a single word from her. She rudely came over and said to take off the gauze and placed a bandage over the venipuncture site but the bandage was complete off from the puncture, I had to adjust it to cover it. Then she said “you can go”. I left without saying even a simple thank you… cold as you treated me.
If you’ve made it this far into my review, thank you. I am writing this review because the community that is served by this location is mainly minorities and I can’t even begin to imagine the discrimination they must have and will endure at the hands of this employee. I’m hoping management for this location sees this and address this individual otherwise, people will suffer at the hands of this person.

This is the worse Labcorp I've ever been to in my life! I KNOW PHLEBOTOMY!!! The receptionist at the front desk was rushing and could'nt find my vein smh! Then she asked the other nurse to perform my Phlebotomy since she did'nt succeed the first time.. The other (short darkskinned) nurse played with the needle inside of my arm, and went in and out 3X' s like trying to give me a Hematoma!!! She did'nt succeed either! I AM A HUMAN BEING! ! ! NOT AN ANIMAL ! ! ! THOSE TWO WOMEN NEED MORE TRAINING, AND THEIR DEFINITELY NOT PROFESSIONALS AT THAT LOCATION. 🙅♀️😠

I had to get some blood work done which can be difficult at times since my veins are small and have a tendency to roll making it difficult to draw blood. Anyway the technician who did my bloodwork was very good. I explained the issue with my having blood drawn she listened and after two attempts she was able to draw the blood just fine. The wait wasn't long and the all the staff was nice and pleasant.

Lady (black/short hair) at the front desk is very rude and disrespectful.
First I thought she just hated me for no reason.
Then I realized she yell at everyone for no reason.
I would not go to this location again.

Service was fast and friendly. Came this morning to get a drug test and blood work done, signed in and not even a minute later I got put into a room. Was in and out of there in 15 minutes. They open a little earlier than 7:30 so if you need to get in and out, definitely try and get there a little before 7:30.
