I was very happy with my experience at this facility. BEN did my blood work, he was amazing. He got it done on the first try and it was quick and painless. I highly recommend doing your blood here especially if Ben is working.

I go to this lab for all my blood work and I have found everybody working there to be pleasant and professional and easy to work with.

Wonderful people even the front desk later (lol) Yasmeen sorry to say but can't figure what happened with you. They're wonderful! Maybe next time you shouldn't wait 2 hours b4 u check the situation

The lady at the front desk should not be working there. She wrote my number and name down and I sat 2 hours waiting for her to text me because they had us wait in the car. I go 2 hours later to see what’s happening, she had the nerve to tell me your gyn never sent the referral (they did). She should have called me an HOUR AGO to tell me so I can fix the issue. My obgyn office and the nurse taking my blood fixed the issue in two minutes. The nurse was kind smart and fast. They need a new front desk later she is slow and horrible to work with. So that was a waste of 2 hours all cuz she can’t do her job right.

The service was reasonably good and the phlebotomist was reasonably nice. They have enough parking in the shared lot and plenty of extra on the residential streets surrounding it.

The phlebotomists are very skilled. always a long wait though. Leave yourself half a day.

I went with my Mother to do some blood tests and we stayed there for about 20 minutes the Ladies are very kind and very fast excellent attention highly qualified pity that there are no more than 5 stars I give them 1000 stars

5 Stars and I would give this place 500 stars. Thank you for the Professionals here who are the only ones that can actually take my blood work correctly, pain-free, and fast. I have so many problems with my blood work due to poor veins that a regular doctor’s office cannot do which is shameful and upsets me. When I come here, I am very greatful and thankful that the doctors can help me and ease my experience - turning in my blood work like a piece of cake. I only go to this location and office. I thank god for the work they do and I appriciate everyone there from the receptionist to the phlebotomist to everyone working for this Staten Island University Hospital Lab.
