I had a great experience in this Lowes. A very nice gentleman, that was not even directly employed by Lowes, just a businessman doing his own business at Lowes, assisted me in locating several items I needed and even made sure to find me the best priced options for what I needed. That was very kind, because as a woman, I don't always love going into home improvement stores trying to find stuff.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Went to buy something and the rep was like all yes you should go thru the credit because it’s 12 months no interest and you get 20% off the full order. I said wow that’s nice I would do that I do the whole process and do it all just for me to find out from a different rep that you only get to choose 1 of those promotions and you do not get both. So he gave me 20% off saving 100$ when they are trying to charge me 700$ a year on interest?
I reach out to them to try and fix this issue and all I get is a hang up to my face. I would definitely never walk into that place again that’s forsure.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My experience was horrific and will never shop at Lowe’s again.
I ordered a larger appliance which then began a laundry list of issues.
1. The day before my scheduled delivery, came to find out the address was wrong (confirmed the right address in store). This led to a delay in delivery.
2. The initial price I was charged was no longer the same when the address matter was corrected.
3. The third party delivery company is atrocious. They made zero effort to fit the old appliance out of my home. Then without my permission proceeded to remove/break the hinge to a fireproof door.
4. The lowes location, customer service, and upper management take zero accountability for issues. They will point to the third party delivery company that they contract with. Had I never had an issue, I would have assumed the delivery company was lowes.
5. I had to pay an emergency cost fee to have the door to my home fixed, again, lowes took no accountability and it took well over a month for the third party delivery company to cover this cost after several back and forth communications.
You have lost me, my family, and all those I know as customers. Corporate greed and lack of caring could not be any more clear.
