Be careful!!!!!!
This store employee and manager cheated customers.
I returned the maple tree for $24.99
Then the employee gave me the store credit without receipt .but after one week, try use the credit,then the cashier said no money inside the gift card. I try ask the manager,and the manager doesn’t want to help,I lost my money.if you go there,you need be careful.

Today at approximately 12:30pm on Friday, 11/15/24, I had a deeply uncomfortable experience at this Lowe's location. My visit raised serious concerns about the behavior of one of the male employees who worked at Aisle 13. A male, white who wore glasses was incredibly rude to me by ordering me around as if I worked there when I was just a customer browsing around, looking at the key copy machine. When I asked him I needed assistance because one machine had an employee code that was needed to make a copy of the key, I asked him, “excuse me, sir” but he ignored me. But when I tried to get his attention again, his first words to me were, “LIKE I SAID,” and “DON’T DO ANYTHING UNTIL I AM FINISHED WHAT I’M DOING,” He was very rude because that’s not how you introduce yourself, when I found another machine by the front entrance that doesn’t require waiting on him, he yelled, “DON’T MOVE” and “I SAID STAY RIGHT THERE!” Now, that there, was not friendly behavior; he appeared to be very bossy, and I felt deeply appalled by his behavior and delivery in communicating with customers. I strongly recommend that management address these concerns to maintain respect and professionalism to customers at all times. I do not recommend this place if you need to interact with the staff members here. If you’re just here to use the key copy machine, try not to speak to the employees here because they will be rude to you.

Do not get anything installed by them. I paid $700 for an installation almost a month ago and three different contractors have been assigned to it, each of which either cancelled, completely ghosted me, or failed to turn up on the agreed day. Their customer service is utterly nonexistent, the online portal Angi is unusable, and it is not possible to contact either the contractors OR the installations department OR even the store when you need to. We have been left on hold for half an hour before being hung up on, have been promised callbacks that never came, etc. I'm going to try to get my money back. Will try to remember to update this review afterward.
Edit: One week later and it's done. I'm happy with the results so updating the review, but still only 3 stars because of the insane amount of stress we underwent over the past month.

This location's recent customer service experiences has been extremely disappointing. My attempt to purchase a grill turned into a prolonged ordeal due to a series of errors and a complete lack of accountability. From incorrect pricing and delivery issues to incompetent customer service representatives, my overall experience was unacceptable.
It is clear that Lowes needs to prioritize customer satisfaction by improving employee training, empowering store management to resolve issues promptly, and ensuring that basic order details are accurately processed.

If I could give zero stars I would. Not worth going there, I purchased 34 cases of tiles, when they arrived at the store, some of the boxes had cracked tiles that needed to be reordered. When I finally got the 2nd delivery, the tiles were from a different lot, and one of those boxes was damaged. Now whey the installer tried to put them down, they're defective. So now I had to return 33 boxes of tiles.
I ordered a different tile and was told i would get them the next day if they delivered them. They morning I get a phone call they can't deliver the tile! So that's 2 days that I had to pay the contractor.
Finally i got the new delivery, one box is empty and the delivery driver stained my brand new driveway! Now Lowes doesn't want to credit me for the delivery charges! I'm done with Lowes!

One of the worst customer service and lazy workers ive ever met in my life, Cecilia was the worst human being ive ever met , lazy , sat down on the chair and never helped us with anything and not to mention nasty attitude, lack of knowledge in anything.. strong cigarette smell coming out of her aswell. Disgusting.

Extremely extremely rude staff and disappointed customer.
I purchased a Blackstone grill and had store assemble for me. I waited a week for it to be complete (no problem). The day I brought the BBQ home (3 days later) I realized the handles were not installed correctly. I brought the bbq back (on a Monday) and was told I need to return that bbq and order a new one (no problem). They told me I just missed the deadline by a couple hours to get the new one assembled and needed to wait another week. The associates at the register told me to call the store manager the next day and they should be able to add me to the list to get assembled this week due to the error. I called the next day and the manager told me I can not be added, I missed the deadline. I asked if I can be added due to the fact it was assembled wrong and I went to the store on a Monday and just missed the deadline, he replied with a giggle and said no. I then mentioned I am very close with the District Manger of Lowe's and he requested to add me to the list for this week's assembly. The manager, replied "no". I asked for his name and he hung up immediately. I called back again, got a different manager and got the same story. When I mentioned the District Manager requested to add me to the list for this week, she also said "no". I then said the District Manager will then be calling to add me to the list the manager replied "Ha, good luck". This manager also hung up immediately when I asked for her name.
I will be cancelling this order and will be making a purchase at Home Depot. I will no longer be shopping at Lowe's due to the lack of respect from 2 different managers. Shame because I live one block from Lowe's and tend to shop there multiple days a week.

The parking lot is big the selection is decent but not great. We had to find a person for help I believe they are short handed. We eventually got help looked at selection and options and decided to go to home depot. However no luck in home depot as well. They are about the same. We ended up ordering on Amazon.
