I have lived on Staten Island for most of my life and proudly want to say how wonderful this pharmacy is. Located in a great location, it's clean and has a variety of products that will surely meet your needs. The service is amazing and the stuff is super professional. I would love to recommend this establishment to everyone!

Lucias became my favorite pharmacy when Covid 19 came about. Inora is so incredible with all of her customers. She really takes the time to get to know you & what you need. She listened to me cry for 2hrs before getting the vaccine and comforted me throughout! Not one other Pharmacist has ever done that! It's a small pharmacy with everything you could possibly need. If for some reason she doesn't have it in stock, she will order it for you!!! I recommend Lucias to all Staten Island residents near by!!! You won't be disappointed...Xoxo

Lucia’s Pharmacy is great. They have a large selection of items. The staff is friendly and professional especially the pharmacist. You receive excellent customer service here. You are treated with respect and are valued as a customer. Each customer and transaction matters - a welcome change from the chain stores.

This pharmacy is a disgrace. I live in the "hood" so my meds were left in the lobby of my building where anyone could have taken them. This is after the fact that I called and told them to tell the driver to call so I could go down and pick them up. The driver never called. I asked them to deliver my medication to my job and I was told they couldn't deliver to me because my daughter asked them not to. I explained this was my medication and not hers and she has no say so, yet the person who answered the phone said they couldn't do so. So the moral of this story is, if you live in the hood they will not deliver to you. They are afraid. I will also be looking into making a report as they have violated the HIPPA act by leaving my medication in the lobby. I gave them one star because I had no choice

Extremely happy with their service and professionalism..I was having difficulty finding a meditation my md ordered which needed prior auth and was not covered anyway..they took care of everything from authorization..to calling md..and they deliver! Which is very important for people who can't get around too much..I especially want to mention Michael Lucia..(owner) Michael the Pharmacist who explained in detail of how meds taken..Yana...Mia..all the girls in the front desk and of course Anthony the delivery guy who which Michael the Pharmacist came with the explain the meds again..been overwhelmed with lots of health issues going on and Lucia's Pharmacy helped in reducing stress from all going on..THANK YOU...HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY.. too many other big chain pharmacies drive you crazy with prior auth.. bothering the md...who I'm sure is used to it but doesn't have time esp when I my instance I needed to get on this medication ASAP..thank you.
