Good quality work in a timely manner and they stay true to the price initially quoted. Everyone there made the whole process very smooth & easy. I got my front bumper, hood and fenders resprayed. The color match was perfect and all my sensors work perfectly without any issues. I also got my car back spotless and can’t recommend these guys enough.

I recently visited Maaco to get the fender flare on my Jeep Wrangler fixed, and I had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, the quality of the work was amazing, and everything was completed right on time. Their communication was top-notch. Highly recommend them!

I made an appointment on line and the basic job paint was 800 when I got there the guy told me is going to cost me 3600. When I told him that the basic on line is 800 he said oh but we need to put clear coat and this other coat. Very disappointing

I was so satisfied bringing my car to Maaco.Michael and Laura were excellent.I brought my car in on 7/7was ready by Saturday.I was in an accident with a MTA bus,still waiting for my ins Co to get in touch with them.I needed a right passenger door and window which exploded when hit.I was referred to Maaco,Michael and Laura were so helpful.My car was ready that saturday,bit picked it up on 7/14 .they hand washed the outside and cleaned inside .I was very pleased with them,They are located on Richmond Terrace Staten Island.I highly recommend them,their staff and got me my car back as soon as possible. Thank you again ,Maaco,and your amazing job,and customer service .

I recently had Maaco perform auto body work on my 2012 Honda Civic SI, and I was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional workmanship and attention to detail. They completed a flawless two-stage paint job and a meticulous buffing of both headlights and taillights in under two weeks without breaking the bank. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a low-cost and professional showroom-level job done on their vehicle.

I have a 2006 Toyota Corolla. The car was faded in multiple spots, rust in certain areas. So I brought my car to Maaco and spoke to Justo and Laura. Which were both great. So we decided on the middle paint job which was the preferred paint job. When we picked up the car it exceeded my expectations. The car looked great. They made it look brand new. Definitely worth the price.

From the moment I brought my vehicle into the shop, she handled everything with professionalism and efficiency.
Michael was also incredibly helpful. He thoroughly inspected my vehicle, explained the necessary repairs, identified the required parts, and provided a clear estimate for the completion time.
When I picked up my vehicle, I couldn’t even tell it had been in an accident, the repairs were flawless, and the car looked as good as new. I truly appreciate the team’s prompt and high-quality service, and I will continue to do business with Maaco.

My 2007 Toyota Camry was chipping and faded from the Florida sun. Took it to the Maaco on Staten Island and it looks like it just came out today the dealership. Great service, was quick and back on the road in no time. A job well done……

No one likes getting into an accident and getting your car fixed can sometimes be a nightmare but not at Maaco Richmond Terrace. Very easy to deal with and the commutation was fabulous. Always picked up my calls and kept in touch with me throughout my car repair. Laura has got to be the most friendliest most efficient person ever. She called me and text me photos of the progression during the time my car was there. My car was returned nicer than when it went in. I highly recommend Maaco Richmond Terrace.

Great customer service all around and very kind staff. The initial quote I got was higher than it should be. The manager gave a better quote and my car looks brand new! Laura in the office is a pleasure to speak with and so friendly. After the main work was done, there was a small additional update I needed. Before I could ask them to do it, Justo offered immediately to order the part and fix it for me within the next few days. Couldn’t be more grateful for everything. I would highly recommend.

Some asshole hit the right side of my front bumper on my new 2025 ford explorer and the technicians at maaco fixed it in a day and my car looks brand new again 🙏🏽 their service was fast, reliable, and amazing for their price! Will definitely take my car back there again (hopefully I won’t have to)
