Best haircut in years! I received a call earlier on the day of my appointment to reschedule since the stylist I had scheduled with needed to leave early. I preferred to keep the appointment same day, so I switched stylists and made an appointment with Giovanni. I’m so glad I did! He was very kind, extremely knowledgeable about my hair type/texture/thickness and made great suggestions regarding the cut I chose. This wasn’t a trim… I was chopping off 5+ inches and adding layering etc, so his input was greatly appreciated! No hard feelings towards the other stylists I’ve seen in the past, but I’ll likely continue with Gio in the future. An absolute treasure!
Requested style: From mid back length to shoulder length with layering and beachy waves.
Hair type: Very thick, course and long (mid back).

Had issue with appointment . Manager could not be bothered with speaking to me to resolve issue. Called two times was told if I called manager would have called be back. I called once last June to speak with manager about wedding hair and make up and then called again in April. Went in person and manager unavailable. Had appointment last year for blow out and they acknowledged my appointment however, told me they had nobody an available to do my hair. Luckily another hair stylist felt bad and squeezed me in after an hour of waiting. Very unprofessional. Just glad I found out how they treat customers before I went through with a wedding appointment. Rather loose 300 deposit than have a bad experience morning of the wedding. Sad that manger couldn’t be bothered to speak with me and never bothered to call be back the two times I reached out.

I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. Lexi is amazing. Her attention to detail is outstanding. she gives me a quality cut each and every time. The staff is friendly they make you feel at home. I highly recommend them and Lexi.
