I came here by chance to ask for information on costs and services. In the end I made up my mind and stayed to do the manicure and semi-permanent. I was pleasantly surprised by the girl's speed and skill. All the staff are very precise and professional. I advise! Prices are absolutely average.

This place has the rudest manager I have ever encountered in my life.They started to cut my cuticles, it was very painful because she did not soak them first.I asked the person if she can soak them first. I was told to ask the manager. When I asked the manager she told me they do not do that here. Her attitude was very dismissive and matter of fact.I was not happy with the color with my pedicure and asked the manager if I can change it. She flat out said no and if I did not like it they can remove the color only and I can pay and leave.This manger has zero customer service skills. She does not know what it means to be in the service industry. Maybe she needs to find a job that does not deal with people.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Did a pedicure spa package, she said 10 min massage she literally rubbed her hand up and down my leg so slow the whole time. W.e. For $45? I don’t expect perfection. Did a manicure and they were so rough I got cut. Seriously don’t even bother going here.Services: Pedicure

Under new management! Blue Nails from Richmond Ave moved here ! I scheduled an appointment for a gel mani and regular pedi! I didnt get the name of the tech who did my pedi but she was wonderful! Checked on me with the water, with scrubbing (cos im ticklish), after first few toes were painted to ensure i liked the color. Super sweet !!! Suki did my mani and she paid attention to detail, ensuring my nail shapes are all even and making sure i liked the color i picked! She listened to me when i told her not to cut too much skin cos they tend to grow more (atleast on my hands). Im happy with my mani and pedi ! Only complaint is it can get busy in the parking lot!

This salon used to be on Richmond Avenue it was called blue nails. They didn’t even sit me at in nail Station. They kept asking me if I was waiting for anyone because I was sitting in the reception area when someone finally came over to me after sitting there for 40 minutes! The person proceeded to take off my polish with acetone and aluminum foil wraps. They then went on to have me sit there for another hour! I watch people come in and sit at a nail station while I sat there waiting for someone to take me. I did have an appointment along with my sister. They left the acid toner on my nails too long and now my nails are splitting and they are not growing. Thanks for nothing blue nails. This place is horrible! I noticed it was very busy and they try to get everyone in there without paying close attention and treating everyone with special care. It’s disgusting when you expect the best and get the worst!Service: Gel manicures

I love this place, I get a regular pedicure and gel polish on my hands and it can last 3-4 weeks! Whereas the last place I went to I was lucky if my gel polish lasted a week. The longest I’ve lasted was 4 weeks and it is pushing it. Their regular pedicure includes the wax on your heels, hot stone massage and they wrap your legs in warm towels, which is probably my favorite part, it’s so relaxing. With my recent visit they supplied toeless socks for my feet since the weather is getting colder out. I was very surprised and now I just have to remember to bring them back with me each time. I highly recommend trying this place, it’s best to call for an appointment especially on weekend mornings.

If you are the type of gal who likes nail art and getting tips. this is NOT the place for you. This is not a hate review. I actually liked this salon, they were very clean, their products were great and they make their own scrub! it smelled amazing! the pedicure was great. Unfortunately I was just not impressed with their master nail artist. I showed the picture and she received tried to copy the art but she just needs more training i would say. my almond nail looks really off and the nail art was... hmm let me just show pictures and let you be the judge.. my total was $115! i was charged $25 just for the art. this was not worth the amount. Lastly, i felt she was in a rush, doing my nail design while i was getting my pedicure. my foot scrub was not done to the optimum because the lady was being careful not to move me too much while i was gettin my design done.

First time here. Best foot massage with pedicure on Staten Island. OmG!. However that was only after i had to stop her from digging for bone in my big toe. OUCH!! Wth are you doing in there??
