Just want to say what an amazing experience I had with mattress Firm on Richmond Avenue. First I have a special circumstance with the size of my boxspring needed because my apartment is unusually small with a doorway. I thought I was gonna have a hard time until I spoke with Kelly. I had to say the most amazing experience I've had an any retail store. Kelly went above and beyond for me. She even found a better option for me and sat with me and make sure I was able to get the best option available. I would recommend this company and this particular store with Kelly to anybody if you need a mattress talk to Kelly.

Laurie is who every customer service representative should strive to be and delivered quick knowledgeable service.This was an absolutely hassle free experience. Laurie was relatable, helpful, caring, and understood our needs. She worked with us and showed us mattresses in our budget. She took the time to explain the different types of the mattresses and which level of firmness we would benefit from. She never pressured us into a decision or tried to upsell us into something we didn't need nor pressure us into something too expensive. We were in and out in less then 30mins! On top of all these positive things our mattress will be delivered in 2 days!
