Nov 21, 23 around 12:15pmSaw some mattresses online and decided to look at some personally so I visited this store. As soon as I entered the store, we told the sales person that we would like to look around. He was so aggressive and asked us some questions as if he wanted us to leave the store. Told him my budget was around $700 and, apparently I was looking at some beds around $1000. So what? I’m open in spending more than my budget as long as the bed is comfortable. He insisted that we come to the front because my price range wasn’t where we were. Can’t I look around in peace? He kept staring at us as if we will trash the mattresses in the back. I just then decided to walked out of the store bc of his arrogance.

Went in on impulse and met Daniel who showed me a beautiful comfortable mattress for a reasonable price! Daniel was a very nice funny relatable business man. Store was kept well kept. Very excited for my new mattress to come!

Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted by the Sales Associate, Daniel.. He handled the situation in a professional & timely manner, as I checked out the various bedding..Though my intentions weren't to make purchase (lol), I seen the pillows (can't have too many.. lol again)..Daniel confirmed my info for a delivery date.. It was definitely a pleasant visit, and even better, that all was resolved..

Being first time bed buyers, Annie understood us completely. She was very patient and empathetic towards our hesitating on picking out a bed. She was very thorough in explaining the pros and cons of each of the beds; coil vs hybrid vs full foam. She shared her experience of buying her own bed and reassured us that we were doing the right thing being cautious about buying a bed. At the end, we purchased a bed and adj base from mattress firm and we feel very confident we choose something we would enjoy in the next 10 years at the very least. Thank you Annie and mattress firm!
