Working with Justin was so enjoyable. I feel like we got the best mattress for us. He made sure we tested out mattresses that were similar to what we already owned and then showed and explained the advantages of newer hybrid mattresses. I felt like he really knew what he was talking about and that he was an expert. I’m excited to receive our mattress in just 3 days!

It was some time since I purchased a mattress, long overdue. Was not looking forward to the ordeal; different pricing, various types (firm/plush, boxspring/adjustable frame, etc. However, I was very pleased with the service I received at Mattress Firm. Victor was patient, answered all my questions (and I had many), and he explained everything throughly. I was anticipating this experience to be an overwhelming ordeal and it was actually a delight. Thank you Victor for turning my nightmare into pleasant dreams.

We couldnt believe what a great experience we had today when purchasing a mattress for our daughter! I thought we would have to order it and wait for delivery, but our amazing salesman Justin was super helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. We were able to walk out same day with our mattress and matress protector all under 20 minutes! One of the simplest purchases we have ever made! I would 100% go back again!

I couldn't ask for a better sales associate than Justin. He was understanding of the problems I have with my back I'm 100 percent disabled my problems do not only include my back but also extend to my legs. He did not push any particular mattress on us he simply listened and let us make our own decision. He did tell us about all of the features of all of the different mattresses he is very informed and an asset to your company. I wish everywhere I shopped had an employee like Justin

Vanessa is truly an expert. I walked in and explained that I wanted a firm, cool and pressure relieving mattress. She showed me the mattresses that are made for that and explained each one while I tried them out. I sleep on my stomach and my husband on his back. I am thrilled with the choice I made and it is all because of Vanessa!! Thank you so much! This woman is amazing and that store needs to take care of her, she knows her stuff!!

Words can’t express how GREAT Vanessa’s team that consist of Victor and Justin are.I worked with Vanessa in the past and she had really awesome team back then.“Like an album Vanessa continues to produce hits”This time I worked with Victor. Victor was just incredible . The knowledge he possessed, I really thought he was reading from cue cards hiding in the ceiling. This is how AWESOME he was.For every question I asked Victor, he answered with poise and confidence which made me feel confident in purchasing a mattress from him.Victor’s professionalism and understanding the needs of what my wife and I were looking for in a mattress made the purchase even easierI would DEFINITELY recommend this Mattress Firm “Forest Ave” if and when you’re ready to purchase a mattress.I would DEFINITELY request Victor as a sales representative.He is the BEST!!!
