My husband and I moved to Staten Island this past June, and Kelly at this Mattress Firm location helped make our transition easy! She listened to our needs and desires for a mattress and showed us suitable options that were exactly in our price range. It’s been about three months now of sleeping on the mattress, and we are absolutely LOVING it! During our move, we were constantly back and forth between Staten Island and Long Island, and Kelly gave us the utmost comfort with coordinating our delivery. We had even ordered a baseboard for our queen sized bed, and it ended up being too large to fit in our stairway. With ease, Kelly guided us on how to return the item and swap it for two twin size baseboards. Within the next two days, they were delivered and installed! We can’t thank Mattress Firm and Kelly enough for helping us put together our first home.

Very positive experience with Lev Belov. He is a very knowledgeable and friendly sleep expert that made me feel comfortable to ask him any questions I had regarding the Tempur-Pedic mattresses. He went above and beyond to make sure the mattress I was interested in is the best fit for me and telling me all the details/features the mattresses has. He will take the time to sit down, talk with you and get you the best deal possible. If your looking to get a new mattress I highly recommend speaking with Lev, he is the man to speak to.
