So since a lot of complaints have been made and posted management has now locked the doors to stop the youth from hanging out in McDonald's after school it's a great idea , even tho it may suck for some people but it helps I swear. No one wants to be eaten and smelling weeds and having out of control teens all over their heads . I'm happy they are doing it

The food is ok but the SERVICE is absolutely horrible. First, it should never take half hour to order and get your order from any fast food place. Then They never get the order right, EVER! whether I use the drive thru or go inside.. and when I use the drive thru they always ask me to park all the way in the front for someone to bring my food but again they get the order wrong then i gotta get out my car and go inside and talk to them about my order being wrong and wait even longer for them to get it right. So now when they ask me to park in front for my order i tell them I'm Sorry but I'm not doing that . If you don't want a long line of people waiting then learn how to get people's order right so they can get their food and go. And quite a few times I ordered extra bacon for breakfast and it's either not in the bag, or I'm arguing with them because they say that if i want extra bacon i have to pay for it. But I'm arguing with them because DUH IT IS ON THE DAMN RECEIPT THAT I PAID FOR IT!!! 90% of the people that work there have no clue what they are doing and half don't speak English. I shouldn't have to go out my way to another McDonald's 15 extra minutes away for someone to get my order right, when this one is literally less than 5 min from my house.

Place was an absolute disaster. Kids throwing things outside and fights to going inside and took like 10 mins for someone to actually take my order. Plus the attitudes for no reason.. never again..

I ordered some delicious chips yesterday and I asked them if possible if they were salt-free... I know that fried food is not healthy but it's only once every 3 months and I just want some fried food, it almost cost 5 dollars but we have to think it was a pleasure guilty But there are people who eat this every day...and it's not good.

Order their #7 - 2 cheese burger meal, [both burgers plain] why is it that the drive thru cashier puts in the order of I burger plain and the 2nd burger plain and no meat.What kind of game are they running over there.Who does that.And you can't call the restaurant bc no one answers the phone.And I couldn't return bc I was already on my way out of state.It's not that hard to place an order and to complete the order correctly.This is a STAFF & MANAGEMENT issue that is continuously being executed at all levels.Thank you for ruining my lunch.

The staff is nasty, slow, the one on Richmond and forest is the worst at night. Everyone's orders were wrong. Not one person could communicate with the customers cause No employee could speak English.The forest and Broadway is just a nightmare. They close whenever they want. Always have attitudes and there's always a chance you'll get jumped on your way out.(Grubhub driver)

I’m not sure when this started, but now they won’t even let you in the building to wash your hands or sit down and eat. There is a literal drive through window in the building for people to order that is constantly cramped. The manager needs to figure out what to do because sadly all the employees are getting the brunt of it.

It McDonald's!UPDATE:I don't know what is going on but i like what it is.My last few visits the food has been perfect. Order has been correct. Very fresh and hot and with almost zero wait time.This goes for the Drive Thru, ordering from the mobile app and also in store. Even the vibe is more upbeat! Wow!Thank you for getting it right. Whoever is responsible for this I applaud you.Update #2: Service is good as ever. They slipped for a second but quickly gained ground. Someone is managing this place properly.Thanks.

It was bad before and now it seems it has gotten worse.I have to go back to fix my order everytime.I had to speak in spanish to help one of the workers get the right order as they gave me someone elses and if u get a customized order it might come out wrong because I guess whoever looks at the screen may not be able to read everything in english and may think its a standard sandwhich with no customs.This is just sad I know they need to make a living but in places where u need to rely on communication and reading in english its not a good 1st choice until you fully know it.Especially in a less diverse borough.Whoever was in charge in hiring might've hit the last nail in this mcdonalds locations coffin like I said it was bad now its worse.This is breakfast hour when I always experience this btw.2hrs After school its only a tad bit better the service.

You have no real senior deals except for a small coffee .I guess the visit for breakfast was alright . Today The Big Mac's Tasted Pretty Good . It Took A While To Get in The Front Door We Couldn't use ?. The School Kids Are Wrecking Havac at This McDonald's. Once we got in the service was fine ?.

The employees don't want to work at all, it took 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches, at 8am when the restaurant is empty!!!
