“I have been shopping at the Staten Island store for several years and I have never been disappointed with the customer service. I called to see what time the store closed and it was within 10 minutes of my arrival. I assumed I would have been told to come the next day but, Kristina said she would wait for me. I arrived a few minutes after they closed. She greeted me with a smile and was helpful with my return and even placed my online order. I want to thank Kristina for putting the customer first. The corporate office should know that the staff on Staten Island is exceptional.”

“Best pharmacy out there!!! Life saver!!! Owner Larisa is very knowledgeable and very accommodating. I called the pharmacy to schedule my prescription pick up but told the owner I was too sick and couldn't make it in person. My coughing spells drove me nuts and previous prescription I had from my doctor was not working. I had symptoms for almost a week and because of the coughing I was super weak and had nonstop headaches. She immediately arranged delivery and recommended me some homeopathic meds for coughing that at the end helped me much more than my Benzonatate prescription I had. As soon as I took one of these homeopathic pills, I hadn't had a cough spell for at least 5hrs. after. Personal care in this pharmacy absolutely surpasses the chain pharmacy services with standard robotic answers. I will definitely recommend this pharmacy to all my family and friends!!!”

“I came here to get specialty gauze (adaptic) in order to better dress my husband's 2nd degree burn. The owner was helping another customer when I arrived, but after he was done, he took the time to help me find what the dr said was needed. The dr suggested a 3"x16" strip which was clearly MUCH too long. Dennis helped me find a better size 3"x3." He even had sterile water that I can use to clean my husband's wound. I would come back if I needed more medical supplies.”

“I traveled to SI from Brooklyn today looking for a Pride Mobility Reclining Chair. Charles Pfeiffer was recommended as the best place to view and purchase the product. I was greeted by Glen when I entered the store and he immediately showed me what was on display explaining the details and differences between the chairs. He also offered to get a specific size I was interested in from his warehouse if I wanted to come back tomorrow to try it out. It was at this point that I discovered the store does not service the Brooklyn Area due to time constraints and staffing. I was extremely disappointed. But Glen proceeded to call his company rep to get a reliable location for me to try in Brooklyn. He continued to answer my questions and make suggestions while we waited for the rep to call back. I am truly disappointed that I was unable to purchase the chair from Glen as I am sure his store would be reliable and helpful if there were issues with the chair in the future. Customer service was available on Saturday to handle my cancellation request; and they were friendly and professional.
