Went there to get my long hair washed , condition and cut shoulder length. I was delighted with the whole experience.I highly recommend this salon and their prices are also good.

Had a 3:00 appointment I even call them 8 o clock in the morning to tell them I'm coming at 3 got there and she kept skipping me so I left and came back and she started on someone else than and tell me I have to be patient her mom even TLD her I call early and she still skip me she said in Spanish that I had to wait and than she didn't even do my pin up curls bad business rude

Unfortunately I’m giving this salon a three. I was burnt by the blow dryer and a scar was left on my face. No apology by the hair dresser. She actually blamed me and said because I moved. Umm, yes because it is extremely hot. The price is $18 if you sit under the dryer but if you just do a wash and blow $27 (big price difference)

Last time I went very disappointed the lady who usually do my hair was on vacation. The one who was taking her place did a lousy job on my relaxer and she gave the wrong price. She's one of those slick ones going to tell me 40 dollars to get the relaxer when it's 35 dollars when u bring your own relaxer and shampoo and conditioner well that extra 5 dollars was a tip I would have gave the girl who washed my hair. Looking for a better place. If I can't fine one I'll go to the place next door to Mercedes and get my hair braided....

Worst experience I had today. I have a company Christmas party to go to and decided to visit this salon since another salon I usually go to is closed on mondays. Wanted to get a wash and set with loose curls from roots down. She gave me something different that I did not ask for. Gotten into a minor dispute about this trying to see if there's any way to fix it. The woman doing my hair said there's nothing else she can do unless I pay ANOTHER $25 to get her to try to do my hair right the second time. First time I ever walked out of a hair salon in tears. No sympathy on their end nor did they try to find a resolution to fix this mess. They seemed to care more about money then trying to fix the mess in my hair. Such poor customer service.
