Bad service, I come to pay my bill and it is closed at 6:12 minutes.
I waited until 6:30 on the street and no one helped me, the place has the door locked, but everything is on inside. They do not comply with the schedule, poor service. I don't recommend it. I think I will cancel my line and do it with the competition where at least they will serve me, too bad

If it was possible, it would be Zero, terrible service, the owner changed my cell phone, he gave me a subway cell phone, my cell phone was Galaxi, or rather, he stole it from me when I wanted to change my cell phone where I bought it. They realized that it is not the same cell phone, that cell phone is a subway cell phone, it is not a Galaxi cell phone.

If I could give a zero, I would. They never pick up their phone. How can a business not make itself available to answer their customers questions? It has been over a month, and the same problem.

Switched over with ease and extreme professionalism and genuine help from Marwa - amazingly sweet and super knowledgeable, gave me the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time and I’m very thankful. Also the store in general was extremely organized and nice to be in. Thank you again Marwa! ?
