Absolutely criminal! I spent $350 on an Android phone yesterday. I noticed that I did not get a written receipt, I returned to the store and asked for a written receipt, I was told that I will receive the receipt via email or text. Did not receive anything so I called last night and was told again I will receive it by "the end of the day" Nothing today as well. I returned to the store at 3pm today to return the phone and was told that I can not receive a refund! As per metro pcs customer service, I'm absolutely entitled a refund up to 7 days. Unfortunately these private owned metro stores are out of their hands. All I can do is report them. The rep that took care of me name is Kumar but I believe he was told what to do by the manager with whom he was texting the whole time I was in the store trying to get a refund. I've NEVER in my life ever experienced this type of unprofessional, almost criminal behavior. And I have never experienced refusing to give a paying customer a very much entitled receipt, especially for a $350 purchase. I only received the receipt today AFTER I was refused a refund. The phone was used by me yesterday for a total of 45 minutes. In the EXACT condition that I purchased it yesterday. I will make sure that this business gets the worst reputation and loses customers.

I had a great sales representative “Rick”, that was a great help with my new phone and took extra time with all questions I asked . As I waited I seen how he helped another customer and was impressed on how he went beyond to make sure he was knowledgeable and had all needed for his services

I can highly recommend Metro TMobile. There is one individual who is professional, as well as, helpful in making great decisions. His name is Rick from Forest Avenue, Staten Island, New York location. He is a outstanding employee to represent Metro PC.

I went to this store to switch carriers which became a hours long ordeal. When we finally got everything sorted the phones didn’t activate for another hour and 30 minutes because they forgot to put in the transfer pin. Then I get home and setup my account online to find that not only did they not provide me with my account pin but charged me insurance for phones that I already had and didn’t tell me. It’s a shame to charge ppl and not mention it when asked directly what is being charged just for some commission. I would never recommend anyone to this store, who knows how many other customers they have done this to.

Store is clean! The staff That I purchased my phone with was Destiny. She was truly a pleasure. Personable, professional, informative and honest. She listened to what was important to me with purchasing my new phone and assisted me in my selection. I appreciated that she informed me know about deals, strengths/weaknesses of several phones and was honest by not making me feel she was telling me anything just to get a sale. I honestly think this young lady can go far in great quality sales; she could be management material. Destiny also kept her mask on the whole time, which is important. I also liked that she has a great sense of humor during our encounter.

This is the worst MetroPCS I have ever visited! The associate was rude and dismissive. Spoke to other customers as I was attempting to be serviced. He never looked at my phone, jumped to conclusions and didn't offer any useful advice. Instead he chose to speak about how many years he's been doing this. Extremely poor customer service.

Just wanted to share that the gentleman in the store is a very very helpful person. Ever since i stepped into this store a year ago he's been nothing but great help. He goes the extra mile to make sure that customers are satisfied. I pass 4 metro stores to go see this store. He's been helpful saved us money on our bill and very respectful. If anyone ever needs help on any phone issues hes' the guy to go see.

Worst place ever.!! This guy is always "on his break".. and never wants to be bothered when he is talking to his friends, or smoking, just don't care to take care if customers...! The opening hours are 9:30 am. I went 10:15 and he said he won't open after 30 min. More because he is in his break.. and this is not the first time doing this to other customers also!! This is the place next to 7 eleven.

People ,! Please beware of all metro PC's ...they lie alot just to get your money ! They do not provide virus protection plans...if you have lost your phone...they will send you to Manhattan...for a replacement...please don't get duped ..just like they duped me !!!!

Guys in there were very helpful. They take the time to make sure the phone is working when you switch from the rip off companies. Better signal on Metro then ATT.
