Hamal at Michael's Moving & Storage was SPECTACULAR. If I could I would give him 10 stars! For over three weeks he took calls from me about the delivery of my household goods (I'm military) and had me slated for multiple dates and times. When things were getting held up due to a holiday/cleaning issue at my apartment, he let me get my snowmobile early so I could put it into storage, which would have been a HUGE hassle on the day of delivery. Hamal (dispatch) and his delivery team were courteous of my neighbor and wonderful the entire delivery. Seriously I wouldn't choose any other company, they went above and beyond for customer service. Thank you Hamal!!!

Steve, Rob, and Carmello went above and beyond with helping me move in. Absolutely hilarious and incredibly patient. If i move again they will be the gentleman I reach out to.

Very negative experience. The packing was performed poorly and multiple items were broken. One of the movers packed his used lunch paper plate into a box. The movers also urinated extensively on the floor of our bathroom.

Please read this review. I want to stop what I'm doing and leave a review for three men at Michaels movers named Joe, Steve and Justin. These men went ABOVE AND BEYOND. For a huge move today and joe even installed an air conditioner which isn't even his job. These men were truly a blessing and I hope that management acknowledges this review and rewards these men. They have went above and beyond to represent this company and I am moved to leave such a review. Thank u gentleman !!!!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star they don't deserve it. They made our moving experience a nightmare.Of course when they got to the house we bought they added on money ,threatening to put our stuff in storage. I was in the hospital at the time and my husband had packed all my essential medicine. Like I said they held it hostage.Our real estate lawyer had all our proceeds from the sale of our house in her account and trying to get ahold of her was impossible.We finally got the extortion money and now the driver ( Michael) can't park the truck in our driveway( his co worker John looked the house up on Google Earth and said it would be easy for that size truck to park in driveway. Now I live on a Parkway and of course they are tying up traffic so the police come. Now he wants to charge us even more for a shuttle. They hired some sketchy movers from here to bring our stuff into the house. Well only 1/4 of our stuff came into the house, no set up ( infact nuts, screws,bolts missing) the rest they put in a garage about 70 yards from my house. It took us three long months to get everything in this house ( I couldn't walk after a long illness) This guy Michael decides he was going to skip out on the movers he hired here ,he got in his truck and left.They gave chase, it all ended back up in my house where now I'm thinking there's going to be some bloodshed. Michael grabbed the phone out of one of the movers hand and threw it because he was going to call police again. Needless to say made a complaint with BBB ( they do nothing) back and forth with his co worker pretending to be Michael in the written complaint ,lying his you know what off. NIGHTMARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Michael's Movers were highly recommended to me and in no aspect of the entire experience I had with them was I disappointed. The men they sent for my move were efficient and a pleasure to work with. They worked out all of the details for me in such a way that the stress on my end of things was greatly alleviated. Thank you John and your wonderful company.

Unless you are hoping to have your belongings in 1000 little pieces, I would recommend staying far away. We recently relocated using Michael's moving and I'd say about almost 50% of our belongings were either severely damaged or completely filthy. Not sure where they store their clients items, but some of our pieces looked like it was sitting outside next to a construction zone. You can also tell they don't really handle your items with care because quite a handful of the boxes were completely crushed. To top if off how they managed to even damage a plastic garbage bin is beyond me. Save your money.

We moved from Staten Island to New Jersey. Of course we were concerned with how this move will be handled. We were told about "Michael's Moving and Storage". We couldn't have been happier with the way the move went. The movers were professional and friendly at the same time. They packed up things we missed and took very good care of all our belongings. The most impressive was when the owner showed up just to see how things were going.We have a few friends moving in the next year and Michael's will be the mover they will be using.
