Review for Michaels
I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this store. I came here looking for Christmas decor, but when I went to pay, the cashier had trouble processing my gift card. After several attempts, he called the manager for help, mentioning that they’d been having issues with gift cards all day. Surprisingly, her response was that she was too busy to come assist. I was shocked and told the cashier my concerns. He was clearly frustrated, too, and apologized on her behalf. I can’t believe a manager wouldn’t take a moment to help a customer. This experience really soured my impression of the store.
