Music and Method specializes in piano lessons for beginners. Our piano program has found great success in teaching musicians across Staten Island how to read and play music on the piano. Additionally, we offer classes in guitar, violin and voice. We have open enrollment year round, and we are available to work with students of all ages. Although most of our students are between the ages of 6 and 18, we have a growing number of very happy adult musicians too. If you are interested to learn to play the piano and are located in Staten Island, New York, look no further and begin with us! For students outside of Staten Island, we also offer online classes. We look forward to working with you!

My daughter started with Piano classes in December 2023. She was 4 years old when she started. We weren't sure if she is too young but she learned a lot in a very short time thanks to her piano teacher Edmund! She was even able to participate in the show. My daughter has been learning to play the piano for a few months now. She enjoys going to practice and has learned a lot in a short period of time. Edmund is very patient and kind. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to learn to play an instrument to go to Music & Method.
