We were at this branch from 1985 to 2005, when we moved. They had the best staff.

Called in advance regarding opening an account and fund availability. Was told two business day hold and then $5K would be available and the rest after seven more days. Didn't find out until account creation was started and it was time to provide the check that fund availability for new accounts takes NINE business days. I stayed due to the fact that I was fighting tears as it was being as it's a life insurance check for my husband. There are plenty more banks that literally release funds in two days. This one was just closest to me which is why I went. I should've just went to one of the other banks or deposited in one of my existing accounts. I will HAPPILY pay the $30 fee for closing before 6 months because as soon as the check clears, I'm transferring out to my two other accounts. Update: 05/03/2022 Contacted bank to inquire as to what time my deposit would be available so that I could schedule a transfer to my new bank and they stated that they do not release deposits until 7PM. The check has BEEN cleared as I contacted the issuing bank along with the insurance company. In fact, it was verified on day THREE. Like they LITERALLY have ZERO reasons to hold a check that has been VERIFIED. Navy Federal and Charles Schwab is now whom I'll bank with.

Customer Service complained she had to make copy of my father's death certificate which was already in her file, complained when I told her I will be getting another check for credit for my deceased father...told me why didn't I wait for the 2nd because she had to get approval again. Visit two she had a clerk make copy of death certificate...5 feet behind her. I left only a few dollarsin my dad's account just got a bounced check, she saw his account had a few dollars she saw the check to be deposited.now I have to go back to redeposit which they deducted a feeThe incompetent rep. Should of told me the funds would not clear she knew I had well over 6 figures in my personal account......day two still disgusted. And rep. Complained she had to go upstairs for approval cause I didn't bring 2nd check which I was still waiting to receive from vendor. Do your dam job, lazy, incompetent! As I still mourn my dad.

Applied for a new atm card March 8 and update address.. after waiting a month and a half they sent it to wrong address , told me they were sending it again , never did . Ultimately they told me they don’t know who did my paperwork so there’s nothing they can do.Customer service is weirdly abysmal for such a simple transaction.I would feel more confident in applying for a loan or mortgage from a loan shark than this branch.The atm machine there at least is polite and helpful

This is probably the worst mismanaged franchise in history. I always have problems with fees and now they have three ATMs for the second consecutive day that have no money. I need a bank check for $35,000 but I'm not allowed entry into the bank yet my wife who banks with Chase walks in every day and deals with a cashier.. incompetency, yup!! As soon as they open from all this BS I've been wiping out $260,000 out of my accounts I'm going to TD where they are open seven days a week. This bank is always been a problem
