The charge was $10 more than was quoted the day before when made a reservation. Also the driving was unsafe considering that there was a 4y.o. kid in the car. That was my last time using Newport.

The women that answer these phones have straight ATTITUDES it's ridiculous. Every time I call there is a female with a nasty attitude on the phone. Like they hate their job. All you have to do is schedule and dispatch rides. What is so frustrating about your job description to where you at like this daily?
