I recently leased a 2023 nissan pathfinder from this dealership . I have had nothing but problems with this vehicle from the moment i drove off the lot. My check engine light came on after only having the truck 3 days. I have been without a radio NOW for almost 4 months.This dealership has done nothing at all the help me resolve the issues that i am having with my truck. I am not the only person having issues with the 2023 pathfinder. Nissan corporate won't take me out of my lease & tells me they don't have an eta on my radio . I contacted channel 7 on your side & will be going on social media . save yourself a headache DO NOT buy or lease a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder . Annmarie Tripoli

I purchased over a hundred thousand worth of cars off this dealer. My last purchase i bought the total loss coverage, unfournately i ended up hitting a deer upstate and my car was totaled by the insurance company. After sending the required paper work to the dealer i found out they never sent it and now i am out 3000 dollars. This dealership absolutely sucks. They don't give a shit about anybody, I will never buy another car from them.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The salesperson who greeted me was less than friendly when we met but as conversation went on, became more and more uninterested and unprofessional as if he did not want or need the sale. When discussing numbers, I asked a question, he contradicted his previous answers and when I questioned it, he caught the WORST attitude. I got up. He vocally stated that he was pleased that I was leaving. When I went to the desk where all of the other staff were and told them they could have had the deal but the poor attitude of the salesperson was unacceptable, they literally laughed. I could not believe the poor customer service and disrespect that went on. I would never ever go back there, nor recommend it to anyone.

Horrible and extremely unprofessional. Never keep their appointment times, just spent 3 hours for an oil changed that was scheduled for 10 am today (and I was on time), then overcharged for a filter change, ended up spending 3 hours and paying $200. Avoid this place!!!!

I was thinking about buying a new Nissan and wasn't sure which one, but after my call to them and the reviews, I would never buy anything from them or even think about having my car repaired by this place.

These reviews seem off.. I've been trying to get a car for months because my Honda Accord lease was running out. I went through absolute nightmares with Honda of Staten Island and Ray Catena in Edison... started working with auto leaders and got better prices but said hey let me see what I can do at Nissan of Staten Island. I told them the prices that I had been priced at for the 2023 Altima.. they said no problem we can beat that. The prices I gave weren't even for the SL they were for the SR and they beat the price AND gave me an SL FULLY Loaded for NO MONEY DOWN and a very very reasonable price based on what this car economy is at. My salesman Phil and the sales manager Igor were very pleasant to work with and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking. No bait and switch, talked real numbers and got the deal done same day. Take my word for it.

They advertise cars you call and they like oh it's in storage wait think I sold it wait not sure oh we don't have it . What bullshit we all know it's bait and switch . I'll go over the bridge. This is when you miss manfredi.

Other than the dealership being in a new building, I thought the salesman who was assigned to us was very curt and seemed like he didn't want to deal with the sale. We saw prices online that were advertised at 21k and salesman showed us vehicles priced at 31k with the explanation that these are dealer fees. 10kin dealer fees?!!!! Will not be back nor will I ever recommend.

After months of calls from the dealership to set up an appointment I went with my daughter and nephew to buy 2 cars on the spot. We walked in and told Victoria ( the receptionist at the door) that we were buying 2 cars. She gave us a greasy looking guy who said the place was understaffed and what did we want?1Sentra 1maxima. He said Maxima is in the back and pointed Sentra is here and pointed and then wandered off. He had no interest in us or our questions.we looked for him for information on the floor model and he told us the price was $7k more than the sticker in the windo. What??? He told us there were more outside but didn't want to show them. my nephew with the Maxima never got any help we left. Going to a dealership in NJ tomorrow. Going to buy 2 cars ps called Nissan of SI to complain they weren't interested

Wow, what an awful experience. From the minute we walked in the door the receptionist was rude with an attitude. No one wanted to approach us, the receptionist kept yelling "here to see the Sentra!"'over and over and they kept bumbling around looking like "you deal with them!" and when one person did come up to us they told us the price of the car, which was completely different than what we saw on the website. Now we've heard there is a chip shortage from China which is effecting prices which I understand. But the salesperson was so incredibly rude he told us "That price is a sale price and we aren't doing that right now because we don't have to. Why would we just give cars away right now?!" We were never rude to him, and that response was completely unwarranted. We are never coming back to this location again. What a mess of rude, disorganized, entitled people.
