Stay away from this place. Very disrespectful and rude people. First they order me the wrong couch, then they charge me more for the same couch I could have gotten almost 200 dollars cheaper. Guys a scam artist. Save your heard earned money !

My husband and I went in to buy a dining room set. We were greeted quickly by Jackie. She was extremely helpful. She helped us with everything and gave us a great deal. Our set was delivered same day within just a few hours. Great experience with Jackie.

I love this store! I came across some great deals throughout my visits here. It's good to see things in person, and every salesperson I’ve dealt with was amiable, polite, and helpful. Anthony helped us choose the greatest and most suitable items for furnishing a 2-bedroom house, which made the process as stress-free and pleasurable as possible. Great store overall! Highly recommend!

Needed a couch, but didnt have a lot to spend...the sales person recommended I look at this gray leather couch. I loved it, but there was no way I could afford it. The price was surprisingly in my budget...this happened 2 years ago. My motorized reclining leather couch still works, feels, and looks immaculate, despite my dog always on it. The USB ports on the side even charge my cellphone pretty fast

1 star because it won't let me leave 0 stars! Anthony was rude. Even though it was me buying the couch he kept looking at my then boyfriend! I'm the one spending the money! He would call my boyfriend for confirmation instead of me. When I called numerous times I was dismissed and then he would call my boyfriends number. The only reason he had his number was because he insisted on taking another number other than mine. Very unprofessional! Woman spend money too! Matter of fact more than men. Looking over my head to talk to him was rude and I should've canceled the whole order!

I called today 02/09/23 to get a slip for a chair. was willing to pay for it. A slip sits at the bottom of the chair and level's the chair the woman I spoke with at 3pm told me I had to give the name of the people I received the chair's from or I could not get the simple part which probably cost less than $5.00 . Anyone doing business with this company should think seriously about buying from them with such rotten customer service. I would not ever buy anything from this company. Typical of a company that does not appropriate it's customers or wants new customers.Their are many furniture businesses that appreciate their current or future customers. Noble Furniture does not they get a ZERO in customer relations.

First time using Noble furniture, and was very impressed with our experience.Great customer service !They sold us a finning table with a buffet not a single issue or problem.Will highly recommend this establishment.

I find it ironic that although this store has a huge sign stating that everything must go, as I walked around browsing the furniture, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE GREETED ME. I guess “everything must stay” because clearly they weren’t trying to get anything sold. One guy looked me in my face and kept doing what he was doing. The furniture looks nice, but I felt so unwanted after they saw me and didn’t greet me, so I left.

This store has long been in business in Staten island. I have been told by a few friends to look into them in the past. Our basement had been destroyed by hurricane Ida last year and we slowly restored it. We had procrastinated for months to replace our couch and love seat and ventures out labor day. This was our 5th and last stop. When we went in while the store is small they are known for being able to get you a better deal than the bigger known stores. We saw a sectional and sat and it was so comfortable but had no price. I expected it to be way more than i wanted to spend and was wrong. We purchased the sectional attached. It was delivered the same week and i didnt expect it would come with all the pillows. Only reason for the 4 star is the day I expected delivery i was never called to say 1 piece had not come in yet. I had to followup with them to find this out, wasnt a huge deal but would have been nice to get the heads up

Bought a sofa that was presented as an Ashley product. Bought the warranty for $200.00. cushion wore out within 6 months. fabric started to rip through. Called for warranty. was told take pictures of the tags on the sofa. we searched everywhere no tag, nothing showing it was an Ashley product. When we called multiple times we, got the complete runaround for almost 8 months until warranty period ran out. I feel I got ripped off, product was switched and warranty was not honored. Be very very very cautious with these people. Verify EVERYTHING

Monday 8.22.22 5:54pm.Came in to shop for a bedroom set with my two year old. 10 min in and not only did either of the sales people greet or make any contact with me, I asked if my two year could use the bathroom and I was told no. Seriously, deny a two year old a bathroom? Insane.. Will happily take my hard earned money elsewhere.

I give it two stars because their sales pitch was very convincing, first up if you are planning to buy a mattress here make sure to measure it. Their “queen” mattress does not measure 60x80. At all! And they will tell you that queens aren’t that size. I ordered a queen and received a full but was told that’s their queen size. So if you are buying a mattress here please understand it will def be smaller than the normal queens. I have screenshots of the text convo I had with the owner as well as the recorded phone call in which he states “they don’t make queen mattresss that size no more and that their queen which measures 55x75 is how queens are now a days and to go measure at other stores. Went to raymour and flangian and they laughed at me for being d*** enough to believe in that. Now have to deal with my bank company and a mattress that clearly isn’t the right size. If anyone needs proof I got pictures and the recorded convo. Please feel free to reach out to me. During these tough times no one deserves to be scammedThe owner is named Anthony avoid this place at every cost possible

I received my custom dining table I purchased from noble furniture today and I am left speechless. I’m so happy with how everything came out and thankful for tJackie and Anthony who helped me design my table and chairs. You guys are amazing. The delivery was a bit of a wait but so worth it. Love love love !

Charlie made the ordering process feel safe, and simple. He was incredibly patient with me as I gathered my payment information. He was also very knowledgeable, and swiftly added an item I needed for my bed onto my order. He made sure I had everything needed for the product, and up-sold the 5 year warranty. He explained how beneficial the warranty would be, especially considering the type of furniture I was purchasing. As a manager for a retail store, I'd have to say I'd be very pleased to have someone with Charlie's knowledge and great customer service working with my clients.

Went to Noble over the weekend looking for a Bernhardt cocktail table. They had it on the floor and gave me a great price on it. Couple hundred dollars less than what it goes for online. Will definitely be back for more stuff.
