If your looking for quality knowledge patience these guys are the best. The entire staff is knowledgeable and so friendly these people know their stuff. They were so helpful and most of all they are trustworthy. Their took their time and were so amazing and patient. I will never go to any other jeweler. Frank and the staff are excellent; recently had repairs done on my wife’s original wedding ring ( open style free form ) we are married 52 years, she moved on to diamond bands now she wants to add it to her wardrobe of wearable jewelry; work was perfect !! Not the first time at Northeastern; we keep coming back because of their work, sales and service.

This place has become my go-to family jeweler. I’ve sold jewelry and I’ve bought pieces. They are trustworthy and honest. Most recently I brought them a diamond that has been in my family for over 50 years that I chipped and I wanted to repair and re- set it. Frank was very patient with me explaining the process numerous times and dealt with my calls while the diamond was out being recut. Bottom line is it came out stunning- I wish I took before pictures to show you. Frank has repaired numerous bracelets for me and resized numerous rings, all coming out perfect. You name it he has it or does it.

Me and my fiance had the best experience here with mike labetti! He helped my fiance every step of the way allowing him to customize exactly what we he wanted with a lot of idea changes from me :). Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I visited Northeastern yesterday to buy a battery and crown for a watch that was sentimental to me. My dearly departed sister purchased two Kate Spade watches for me. I had both watches with me and wanted to see if the crown was interchangeable. Without hesitation, the person I spoke to, said "Give it to me and I will see if it fits." It did! I then inquired about the cost. He looked at me and said "nothing." I did not get his name but he has brown hair.I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are definitely an asset to such a reputable and honest establishment. Northeastern Jewelers has served Staten Island for many years. As a customer I will always remember your professionalism, diligence and thoughtfulness.

What a beautiful experience! I read all the reviews and brought in 2 bracelets for cleaning and repair. The owners were so kind and courteous and made me feel completely at ease. They fixed a clasp and cleaned both bracelets on the spot - no charge! What more can I say? I will definitely be coming back and always recommend Northeastern Jewelers.

My family and I went to see Frank today to have items appraised, get a watch battery and sell old scrap gold. We have a wonderful experience with Frank and his staff. All were kind, patient, courteous and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this business for your jewelry and estate needs.

I needed to get my rings appraised for my insurance. I’ve been to Northeastern jewelers before, and they have always been so wonderful. Today I had the pleasure of working with Frank. Frank was knowledgeable, kind, and great to speak with. He took the time to answer all my questions and go over everything. In chatting with Frank, I came to find out that he used to be located in the Mall. To my surprise, I said Frank all my jewelry throughout my whole life was purchased at that location. My mother bought all our pieces from him. His quality is outstanding. All the pieces I have for him I will have a lifetime. Already coming back next week to get a diamond replaced and have a name plate made for my daughter. The same place my mom had mine made and that means so much. It’s nice to see they are still around. You can’t find quality like them now a days and not to mention the knowledge and kindness of the individuals that work there. Thank you Frank and Northeastern Jewelers for being so wonderful! I look forward to my next appointment with you!

I was in store last week to buy a cross and chain for an upcoming baptism. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Frank helped pick the perfect combination. The price was in our price range and no pressure to buy. I will definitely be back soon.

I had broken jewelry, and some unwanted pieces that I was looking to sell. Not knowing where to go I found Northeastern Jewelers on line. Impressed by the reviews I read, I had to go take a look for myself. I went in with a "number" in my head for the amount I was hoping to receive in return for my pieces. After the jeweler evaluated each piece, all while explaining the process to me, he offered me THREE TIMES the amount I thought I would get! The gentleman was kind, and honest. I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. I brought in a watch that had some value but I was told I would make more money if I sold it on ebay or Facebook market place. I liked the honesty. My over all experience was great. I would definitely use them again to buy or sell.

simply put.....FRANK is the jeweler to go to. Even if you don't but anything, he will still treat you like you did. Professional, courteous and knows the business. Pay this business a visit, ask for Frank (sorry Frank), hard to walk away not impressed.
