Convenient for all carriers. They do not accept QR code scans and will not print out receipts for drop offs it'll just show up in the system.

Scam likely.Tried shipping a pre paid return package from Wayfair. They argued box was too large and needed add an additional 10 dollar fee for drivers inconvenience. I explained it was pre paid and they increased their scam fee to 15 dollars.I brought the same package to a true FedEx location and paid nothing, because it was pre paid.Not only would I never do business with this location again, I also made a complaint with FedEx and hope they lose their association.

Their employees are great! Extremely helpful and nice, young man at the front desk answered all of my questions and helped me ship a package. They only recently opened and most clients have now started coming to them because the usual post office nearby had closed down without notice. I have no problem with this considering how much better this location is considering it's closer to where I live and much more helpful. 5/5
