My husband and I had an amazing experience at Old Navy! Renee was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the school uniform return policy and making sure we had all the details we needed. We were able to exchange for our son clothes for correct size. Her customer service was top-notch, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. We truly appreciate her assistance and would highly recommend this location. Thank you, Renee, for making our shopping experience so smooth and enjoyable!

Be careful, the cashiers/managers will sneakily get you to sign up for their credit card by saying it's just a rewards card while purposefully omitting the fact that it's a credit card. The only reason I found out about this account was because I got a collection notice from them for an unpaid balance (never even received a card in the mail or a statement). I never authorized a charge to this account and had no idea a charge was made or an account was opened, so it really makes me suspect whoever opened this account put their own address as mine. These practices are so unethical and distasteful. When contacting the store and asking for the manager, someone who seemed like they were part of the stock team wouldn't give me a phone number or anyone higher up to contact. After months of headache trying to close this unwanted account, my credit score dropped nearly 50 points. Stop pushing credit cards on people.

Chantal was the biggest help ever! I came in looking for jeans, they didn't have my size but she told me i could order from the store. Which i did and had them shipped to my house for free! Highly recommend!

Terrible! Really rude women worker there. Possibly the manager I’m not sure. Screaming at an employee who’s being nothing but respectful. Won’t be in here again after seeing how they treat people.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service. The assistant manager at this location is a miserable human being who is not only rude, but disrespectful to customers. Not sure how she ever became an assistant manager but she definitely could use some classes in how to speak to other human beings and should probably not work in retail.

Don't waste your time if you're a plus size person!Extremely disappointed with my experience at this store this past Sunday. I looked around the store for quite a bit and noticed that none of the items went above size XXL. I asked a sales associate why I couldn't find additional sizing and she told me the store "decided" not to sell extended sizes anymore. I was honestly shocked.Old Navy boasted the fact that they had become fully size inclusive- but I guess it depends on where you live. So because my body is bigger and I live in an area where extended sizing was not profitable, I need to be inconvenienced and shop on line. I apparently don't deserve the same shopping experience as a straight sized person. Incredibly offensive. Old Navy doesn't actually care about their customers.
