Dropped in on a Monday during open gym hours. John, the coach, was inviting and answered any questions. Great gym. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here on and off for several years. John is an amazing coach who will definitely push you to progress when you need it! Getting through the WODs is always challenging but the energy of all the dedicated members makes it all possible. Stay strong!!!!

Great spot with 2 floors for exercise, awesome coaches, and friendly people! At $20 for a drop-in I'll definitely be dropping by every now and then!
