I go here ALL THE TIME. I have bought multiple items. You can look my name up. I recently bought a bracelet and got a free promotion for the bracelet where I got another one. It was the WRONG size. I got the wrong size in the mail. I’m trying to explain this here with my mom and Carmen (the manager) is helping us. She keeps cutting us off saying we can’t exchange it saying it’s a free gift. Sweetheart I’ve invested so much money to get this “free gift” and it’s the WRONG SIZE. I didn’t get the size I asked for. Anyways I ask can I just try the next size up since she says she can’t help and I’m like let’s just see if the next size up is better. My mom is like “why would I not be able to exchange this, all this trouble and it’s not even gold jewelry, like I never had this issue at another jeweler even if they were outside the country”. Carmen then proceeds to say “well this is America”. Are you serious! My mom has an accent and is an immigrant so that was a jab. Again are you serious! She cleans my other jewelry I brought with me and I proceed to say that comment was unnecessary and I specify what comment I meant. I ask for her name and I come here. Now if I get a generic reply I’m gonna lose it cause that is covert xenophobia. I’m not letting this go, and you can’t apologize for covert xenophobia. Merry Christmas I guess. I get it may be stressful but that type of language should not be used in any interaction. AND IF THIS GETS REMOVED I WILL REPOST BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS ESPECIALLY DURING THE HOLIDAYS.

Went to the store to shop and immediately got greeted and attended to by the associates, (Bestie) was great, showed hospitality. Listened to my needs and she answered any questions i may have had. Very pleasent experience at this store, will be returning again. Thank you !

Casey H. makes my day when I show up in my wheelchair. She is so kind to me & comes over with some jewelry items that she has picked out for me according to my descriptions to her. Casey is the best there is !! With her big heart, she should be made Manager of this great Pandora store in the SI Mall! Thanks!!

I had the worse experience in this store. I did not feel welcome from the minute I entered the store. I was looking to purchase a personalized charm bracelet for my daughter and when I was about to pay, I asked her to give me the free bracelet they had on promotion when you spend $150. The manager refused to provide me with the free bracelet because she told me that the personalized bracelet had a discount already. I asked to show me the policy in a writing form and told me to wait. She left for about 10 minutes looking for the “policy” but did not find anything. She said that she did not have and she was not going to give the bracelet. I told her that online they let me get the bracelet, which she respond “well get it online” and walked away. This manager is rude and was disrespectful. I ended up buying online and picking up in the store because she did not wanted to provide with the service I asked. This is not the first time I’ve tried purchasing from this store.

My husband bought a bracelet for a little over year ago and the bracelet is a little big due to weight loss and the bracelet was discolored. I wore it three times and the employee at the Richmond mall location refuse to change it for me after I was told don’t worry just bring it in and we’ll change it for you. They barely didn’t want to attend to us and a lot of whispering amongst each other. It’s like she didn’t want to attend Spanish people. The worst customer service ever. If I could rate zero I would.

I have been a long time customer with pandora and was met with HORRENDOUS customer service. I tried to exchange a christmas gift for another size and was accused of scratching and wearing a ring. At the end of the encounter the manager accused me of attempting theft. Terribly disappointed.

Great Customer Service.I had an issue with Pandora store at Staten Island Mall where they didn’t have the snow bangle bracelet as advertised on Christmas promotion. However, I was contacted by custumer service and store management, that did all she could to help me find the accurate bracelet, and it fits me perfectly!Thanks pandora for great customer service and all the effort to help me fix the issue.
